I have never heard of Atlanta referred to as a city that never sleeps. Bars stay open until 4 am in the city (not the suburbs) but there are very few restaurants other than Waffle House that stay open 24 hours a day.The only thing happening in ATL after 3 am is crime and there is plenty of that.
I agree with the first answer. You have ATL mixed up with NYC.Atlanta is not all that it s made out to be. It s high in crime. And if you go down town on sunday to wear the big stuff is at. You ll see hundreds of home less people. And every day being that I live next to a high way I can see it straight out my window all it has it police chases, car crashes, and bad drivers.
