Buy a heavy coat, muffler, or scarf, and some fur lined boots. Warm socks. Sweaters are good if you can find any in Miami. Gloves a must. it is very cold....when the wind blasts off the lake onto Michigan Avenue which is everyday. If you are out in the suburbs it will be slightly warmer; but you will still need all this stuff. Why is he taking you there in the winter; is he heartless? No you will have a great time. Buy some of it there...it will be cheaper and you won t have to lug it around Miami
layers...its supposed to be below 32 deg (below freezing ) while you re here.and comfy walking shoes. and cute clothes for going out at night(maybe black turtle neck and jeans and boots) and jacket...you could buy a hat or scarf --- buy a jersy from a sports team, bears, cubs, sox, blackhawks theres cool museums here too to check out. and Navy Pier, and the theaters at night.rush street (for the bars in downtown chicago) enjoy... and warm baths or bikram yoga will warm your bones and take the chill off
it will be cold, today is the 16th and its like in the 20s (at least).you should have a warm winter coat, gloves (so your hands don t get chap), a scarf, a hat (so your ears are warm), and boots
Warm things!! Scarves, heavy coats, mittens, UGGS.... Chicago will be way colder then Miami and can get bitterly cold this time of year. Chicago is also very very windy which doesn t help the cold weather!

You need a very warm coat, some snow boots, and warm mittens or gloves. A couple sweaters would be smart, too. Chicago is very cold and very snowy already.
Something very, very warm. it is so cold out there, and if you re from miami, buy even warmer stuff. i am not kidding.
Something to keep u very warm up there, its cold. Large jackets, maybe some sweaters. (im in Tx, and its nearly 50s here, from timeto time, so STAY WARM!!!)
