ok so i m 17 and my dad is going to florida and i wanted to go and he said no because he s going to be out of the house working most of the time. and i said that i could just stay in the hotel the whole time maybe swim, just basically hand in the nice hotel. He still said no because i m too good of a kid and i would know what to do if i got caught up in a bad situation because i was raised in a rich area. I just need some supportive reasoning from other unbiased people. I m a really good kid get great grades and never break rules
your dad is correct you will be feeling bored as he will be busy with work. However, if you still want to go talk to dad and ask him to take with you. Make it a point that you want to be with him and will listen to what he say..Hope your dad listen to you and you reach Florida with him
well i live in florida and what part is he going to? Jacksonville (where i live) if you look up is the murder capital of the US and then you have miami lots of immigrants and drugs! We cant leave out Ft. Lauderdale lots of gays there! and your dad probably doesn t want to take care of anybody on his trip and you should respect that!
Your dad wants you to be safe because it s not about how kind you are, he can t handle two responsibilities that s why. So try to think of the situation where your father is so busy and doesn t have time for you.
Parents are humans too... he wants a break from you and doesn t need anymore stress than he is probably already under... stop only thinking about your side of it and maybe later you can talk about a family vacation...
yeah why not. take a break and chill and enjoy the hotel amenities.

Do they charge every car a toll, or is it just cars who take the express lanes? How much is the toll, if everyone has to pay it? Thank you!

It s just the cars in the express lanes, and you need a FasTrak transponder to use the lanes. The price varies hour to hour.The 91 is hell, though.
The 91 is public and only has one lane that is a express toll lane. The other lanes are free but slow during rush periods.

It really depends on what you all are going to do. If you want to buy souvenirs or anything extra like that you might want to bring a hundred to two hundred dollars just for that depending how big a spender you are. Food wise, most restaurants are pretty reasonably priced so if you go out to eat a lot, just bring enough money to cover 20 dollars a meal that should cover many places. I don t really know what else to add. Have fun in Austin! It really is a great place.

Depends how southwest... some of the desert areas are far from the ocean and so dry that they get cold and snowy at night, like New MexicoOther deserts, like Las Vegas, stay pretty warm. It can snow and get cool in parts of northern texas
We drove through Flagstaff AZ on Sunday with about 3 of snow on the ground. So it depends on the altitude of the area. We re in South Carolina now, it s raining and about 48 degrees.
