What is the best deals for a las vegas trip? -

What are the best hotels to stay at for the best bargain and what are some of the best shows they have out there? My wife wants to take a trip out there for her bday. We don t need air tickets since we already got some. But I would like to know if anyone knows what is really the best deal for a nice room and complimentary stuff or packages. Thanks any info helps a lot.

Check out this site. One of my favs.http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/special.p

You won t get much complimentary stuff unless you gamble ALOT. The hotels mentioned by the person above are kinda pricey, except the Flamingo. Harrahs, Ballys, Flamingo, Mirage Treasure Island are reasonable located in the middle of the strip. At check in you may get some half price coupons for food or shows. Make sure you sign up for reward cards where ever you gamble, you ll get free stuff for doing that. Some of the best shows are O and Love.

I don t know of any special deals or anything, but you can usually get the best deals on rooms at casinos b/c they want you there to take all of your money gambling. Resorts I would look into for deals and packages would be:- Wynn Resorts (Mad Money with Jim Cramer recommends buying Wynn Resorts, they must be doing something right)- Caesars palace (Awesome place, must see. So big your almost guaranteed to get lost, but so grand that you won t care that you are lost)- MGM Mirage- The Venetian- The Palazzo- The Flamingo ($45/night rooms there, may want to check that out)Check this link out and pan over some of the casinos I mentioned, click on them and a box will come up with LOTS of reviews for each resort.http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en safe=o

You can find great deals in loads of Las Vegas hotels right now, many of which lie right on the Strip. The Stratosphere and Sahara are offering rates that are less than $30/night. Definitely a great bargain destination right now.

Will I be safe in Phily at night? -

I am a college student, and I am leaving tonight, for my Thanksgiving break. I will be leaving from 16th st on chesnut, and I am going to the Amtrak station on 30th. I will be walking there from anywhere between 7pm-8pm. i looked online, and it should take about 17-20 min to get there. will i be ok? I don t have enough money for a cab, and i NEED to go home tonight.Do you think I will be ok?

You should be fine, and I have no idea what the other person meant about Chestnut. That area is pretty safe, I ve never had any problem. There is still plenty of foot traffic and all kinds of restaurants open at 7-8 pm. There actually is less open on Market Street by then, but that s still no problem. If you go Market St, you ll pass Trader Joe s on the north at 22nd st, over the bridge and you re there.

Dude Grow a pair. Your in the most heavly traveled policed section of town. Many folks travel From City hall to 30th with out a scratch every day. It s not like A axe killer will chase you down Market st. or something. In Camden? Perhaps.....

Just walk to 15th and Market and take any trolley or the Market-Frankford westbound to 30th Street Station. It only costs $2 for the 3 minute trip.

You should be fine. But, you might want to walk up Market Street instead of Chestnut.

Does Tampa, FL have a beach at all? -

BQ: If so, are there any hotels that are decent that are on the beach??BQ2: Am I better off staying in Clearwater or St Petersburg FL?

Yes, they do! my sister lives there.Clearwater is pretty close to Tampa and we always go to place called Honeymoon Island.. its pretty nice beach, on a little island.. clear water and all.I havent been to st petersburg in a while, but i hear it really nice... i think that would be your best pick...but who knows!

Of course there are beaches! Florida is the best place for beaches! Report Abuse

They have very nice hotels. there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it s very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
