Low Crime, Safe, Good Public School System, Some place populated.. meaning at least 200k population, for better opportunities, Fun family oriented things to do, and College opportunities. We looked up Buffalo, but read in City-data.com that is its mostly a city of poverty now a days, and Rochester, NY we read had a lot of crime, gangs. So Any takers on Ideas?
