Has anyone stayed at the Sahara in Vegas lately? -

My parents used to stay there way back in the 1960 s when it was the place to be seen. The last time I was in the casino it was pretty sedate and slow. Is it still up and running? Are the rooms decent and presentable with decent services in the hotel. How many stars is it still rated? Would I be crazy to check in for old sentimental reasons?

Yes, you would be crazy to check in for old sentimental reasons. I hate to break it to you but the 60 s was over 40 yrs ago and Vegas has moved on since then. Unfortunately the Sahara is not catching up to the times. Sahara s rating is about 2 1/2http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/las-vegas

i have been there 2 times lately, its not fancy, but i found the rooms clean and decent.

sahara has closed its hotel rooms for the winter.

Stars, never heard Sahara earned any. Sentiment is great. Casino is about the same for past ten years or so. Rooms have been renovated after hotel/casino sold a couple of years ago. I bet you can do a VR online at their site

What does the door girl at a Strip Club usually wear? -

Right now I m unemployed and I m considering working the door at a local strip club. I ve never really been to a strip club but I am comfortable with nudity. So my question is.... what does the door girl at a Strip club usually wear? Is it regular sexy nightclub wear (cute top and skirt or cute dress) or do they dress in lingerie?

Disregard what the other poster said about bouncers at the door. They do hire females. You have to dress like you were going to a club. But, when you intereview, they will help you with suggestions. The big portion of your pay will be from getting cabbies to bring customer to the place. You hook up with a good club and can make from $40 to over a $100 per taxi that brings customers.

Well For the door girl job they normally hire bouncers. so unless you can toss 250 pounds of fat *** your out of luck. but if your going to work in there, were a g-string and a rill small bra piece. just watch some videos and you ll see what most of them wear. if anything the more show the more money :D

The door girl that collects the money and gives you the stamps is usually just normal clothing but i have seen some with just a bikini top and jeans on!

The club I go to is nice revealing lingerie

Call an ask at a location your not willing to work, just to get the ideal.

nothing.

Where is a NICE place to live in ATL? -

Im a young lady (23), who is moving to ATL in about a year. My sister and I are going to be establishing our own Non- Profit Organization. We are young ladies still wanting a very hip social life, however the comforts of going home to serenity. Please help....Thanks in advance.

Shar, as you get closer to your move, come down and visit. It s difficult for anyone to really answer your question since we don t know your priorities. Do you want to live in the heart of town? Do you want to save money, but live close to Atlanta? Do you like the suburbs?I have no doubt that you ll find several areas that would appeal to you and your sister. Atlanta is filled with a variety of neighborhoods and ethnicities - pretty much a city that appeals to many. When you visit, you ll get a good idea of what part of town suits your needs.

Anywhere north of Atlanta (the 285 by-pass). If you are looking for hip close to the 285 by-pass on north side.

Atlanta, Georgia and the surrounding area: Your favorite coffee shop, bookstore, park, museum and art gallery? -

Also your favorite vegetarian restaurant, bike trail, to take a long walk, swimming pool, to hear live music, must-see place for photography, local politician, radio station and the best place to meet socially conscious people. Thanks in advance for your answers!

Favorites? There s a laid-back coffee shop in downtown Norcross, with live entertainment. I don t remember the name -- but you can t miss it, down the street from Dominick s. I love Cafe Sunflower for vegetarian food. I find it peaceful and cathartic to walk along the Chattahoochee, especially early Sunday mornings. I think the High is a wonderful city museum. My favorite radio station is 1690 am; it s the most musically eclectic station around. In the morning, I listen to the Bert Show on Q100. Most of my friends are socially-conscious -- but I ve just met them in my travels. (FYI, Al Gore is speaking this Monday night in Peachtree Battle.)

Your asking a lot! But here goes.....Coffee - Quik TripVegetarian rest? - is that even food?Long walk - Stone Mountain ParkMusic - scan through the stationsTalk Radio - WSB 750 AMTo meet people? Depends on what you likeMuseum - FernbankOther than that I stick pretty close to home.

I am not vegan so...I enjoy Intermezzo downtown. The small pubs and galleries in Little Five. Thai and Ethiopian food.We have no decent radio station anymore. Our politicians are corrupt. The Olympics killed this city...
