What are the best beaches in Southern California? -

It doesn t have to be southern california but i don t want to have to drive like 10 hours. I love soft white sand. I would go near the end of MayFor my sixteenth birthday party with maybe 10-16 friends?Semi-calm waves so we don t die boogie boarding or just chillin in the water. Somewhere with cool places around to shop, eat, and have fun.Somewhere thats not crowded or dirtySomewhere with fire pits and a late curfewThese are just some things i would like. The beach doesn t have to match all of them! Info and pictures would be cool if you want. (:

I like the beaches in northern San Diego County. Curfew is going to be 10pm on all beaches. La Jolla, Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia and Pacific Beach (good shopping) are all cool and chill places to spend the day with friends. La Jolla might be a bit ritzy for teenagers though.

I ve always liked Carpinteria. It fits most of your criteria. You can camp right on the beach, and you have a fire pit. As long as you re quiet after 10, you can stay up all night if you want. The town has a lot of nice places to eat and shop.I d give Pismo Beach second place, only because you don t have any fire pits on the beach there.

Huntington Beach is your ticket. It has good size waves for boogie boards and they have a section for bon fires. they do close at 10 though but every bonfire place is like that. also there is main street which is a good 15 min walk from the pits. overall i think it s as good as you could get, good luck.

the ones the girl listed are too wild try hermosa in LA you basically described everything there have a sweet 16:)

Zuma BeachLaguna BeachOr if you want to go further North, go up to Cambria

Look at beaches in the Santa Barbara area - probably meet most of those criteria....

http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0S0203YKB1Lw1I m a big fan of La Jolla Shores in San Diego. The beach and water are very clean. The waves never get very big because of the shape of the coastline. Look at the pictures I ve linked you to.One thing to keep in mind is the time of year you are going. May and June are normally overcast months in Southern California. Hence the terms May Gray and June Gloom. It will not be hot on the immediate coast. A few miles inland will be very nice. Hopefully you will get lucky and the marine layer will break for your birthday.Enjoy! Happy B-Day.

Im going to las vegas in feb, for 7 nights. Do i need a esta? -

You haven t got your esta yet? you re going in Feb, you ll never get an esta in time!!!What s an esta?

If you live in one of the countries covered by the Visa Waiver Program then you will need to register via ESTA to go to Las Vegas:https://esta.cbp.dhs.govIt is a simple process - you will also need to complete a paper form whilst on your flight even if you have completed the ESTA process.Countries participating in the program are here:https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/WebHelp/ES

Yes you do, you can do it online. The system is not actually fully operational but you still need to do it. Be warned there are sites that say they will do it for you for a fee - these are bogus, it is free. If I can find the site I ll post the link - Do not pay anybody anything!

What is an esta? You need valid ID to prove you are at least 21. You need cash to gamble and drink. You need a credit card or cash to pay for the hotel room, etc.

If you are coming from outside the country you need an esta for any place, including Las Vegas.

Yes doesn t everyone need a ESTA. Make sure that your ESTA is blue with a red stripe.

Yes, All visitors the US now require an ESTA

What s a esta?

Nice hotel in las vegas? -

wich hotel do you get the nicest room for your money??

MGM Grand or Mandalay Bay

I stayed at Treasure Island for under $100 which I believe is the best run for your money. I loved the view, the convient location on the strip and the show in front of the hotel. The beds were really comfortable; it was like sleeping on clouds. If you are going with kids, Circuscircus has an indoor theme park although the rooms are really small and dirty, it was only $50 a night. The nicest rooms by far are in the MGM Grand, Bellagio and the Mandalay Bay. The room prices differ depending on the time of year but are usually around $200/night. Any nicer hotels are far out of my price range! Good luck have fun.

I ve stayed in several hotels on the strip but by far my top 3 are MGM, Luxor, and The Mirage, MGM has the biggest rooms for the money you pay so I suggest you stay there, worse places: Paris, Monte Carlo, Excalibur!

Oh how i wish Vegas! I lived there for 9 and a half years, then moved to Texas. :(Treasure island hotel is what I recomend. The pyramid is cool to.While ur there, you should watch the volcano and fountain shows. There awesome!:)

Depends on how much you want to spend. All casino hotels are very nice and you don t spend that much time in the room. Look for deals at Excalibur right now and Treasure Island

mandalay bay is good.then theirs the flamingotreasure island, mgm grandnew york new yorkor luxorand excalibur you will have fun in any of them

MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay IMO. The best is to book the rooms with a promo code. On http://www.vegas-hotels-online.com you will find the latest codes.

Caesar s. In the middle of the Strip and can walk either way--north or south=and its always only half way back opposed to being at either end.

Monte Carlo ,good rates and clean and well supplied rooms.Good location as well.

Im turning 21 next month and want to barhop in NYC. Which area or district should I go to? -

I prefer clubs/bars that play hip hop, r b, and reggae, but other genres are OK too.

You should go downtown to the West or East Village. There are clubs and bars everywhere ranging from dive bars to swanky celeb-spotting spots with hot DJs. It ll be pretty pricey, though. Enjoy!
