Has anyone ever been to Christmas at Hersheypark? Is it any good for aduolts if you have no kids? -

we were thinking of going and don t have kids so we were wondering if it was worth a 2 hour drive to get there.

It s probably a stretch to claim that an address ON Fifth Avenue is one or the other, but this address is on the east side of Fifth. So if you insist, you can say East Side.But it s also south of Central Park, so it s not Upper East Side .The best description is Midtown Manhattan

What s the going rate for the Student Housing in Oahu for UH at Manoa? Is there any place I can find cheaper? I dont mind a studio or 1 bedroom, but i would rather have a roomate in a 2 bedroom. I just need something cheap!!! I really like Waikiki aera, but anywhere near the community colleges for UH Manoa are good too.

There are a number of community colleges in Oahu and if attending a CC you wouldn t be eligible for a apartment at the Univ. of Hawaii, There is Honolulu Community College, Windward CC, Kapiolani CC and Leeward CC, all fall under University of Hawaii but you would have to find student housing on your own if you re not attendingUniversity Of Hawaii Manoa. Or you can contact the student offices atthe CCs and see if you can get places someplace.Waikiki us very expensive to live as a student. A lot of condos there are studios or 2 bedrooms, some two bedrooms but very expensive. You may be better off renting a house w/ a few bedrooms and gather a few room mates instead of living in Waikiki. Honolulu has more apts. and condos than anywhere, if you look all over Honolulu you ll find something fairly cheaper than Waikiki.

I think East Tennessee is the best place to raise a family

North Carolina.It s quickly becoming the best state to live in period.The Raleigh area is the best part of the state to raise kids. Wake County Public Schools are voted best in the state and 19th in the nation. Some primary schools in wake county operate on a year round schedule.

How much money would I need for a 3-6 month holiday stay in the US? -

Hi all I am currently in the process of arranging my holiday to the states, I have friends scattered in several areas and wondering how much I d need each month if it can be done. No accommodation costs will be incurred as my friends will be supplying my food and a place to stay.I usually get around 400 dollars guaranteed income each month which Is what I usually live off here in the uk and I m hoping to have saved around $2500-$3000 usd by the time my trip comes any advice would be appreciated.It s a daunting prospect just awaiting on my passport and trying to decide whether to do a 3 month trip (which would be much easier due to the VWP) but my friends are trying to talk me into a 6 month trip soI can see them all for a longer period. Just pondering in curiosity thanks all for reading and I look forward to your replies.

A couple of years ago, I did something similar, leaving San Francisco and traveling across the US to North Carolina on a southern route with lots of detours and then coming back along a northern route with even more detours. It was me and two friends, it took about four months and I did it on $2000, splitting gas and occasionally staying in a hotel, occasionally camping.So, I think that mode of travel is a big factor - renting a car would be very expensive, but flying from place to place could be even more costly. Bus is cheap, train can be too, especially on the east coast and if you don t get a sleeper berth. If you re not moving around a lot and you can rely on friends for food and lodging about half the time, then I should think you would be able to do 3-6 months on about 3k. Budget carefully and don t stop in Vegas!It ll be the trip of a lifetime, so maybe you should think about having a garage sale or hitting up family for extra $$. Might be worth it.Have fun and good luck!
