I think you re mistaken. I grew up in NYC and have never heard of a parade at Christmas. you might be thinking of the Thanksgiving Day Parade. The final float of the parade is Santa s sleigh where he ushers in the holiday shopping season. The parade is put on by Macy s department store, it s this Thursday.

You were misinformed, there is no such parade in NYC. There is, however, the Macy s Thanksgiving Day Parade, but no Christmas parade.Good luck

Don t think so. Although the Thanksgiving Day Parade usually has Santa at the end of it, I believe.
