Long distance is included in any Sprint wireless plan. Texting will depend on whether or not you went over your limit, if you have unlimited you re all set.You may want to try going to www.sprint.com and speak to their live support, or email them a question, they can look at your plan and give you an accurate answer.

No, because long distance is usually included in your plan.

Transportation from Port Authority to JFK? -

Hi, I am trying to find the best way to get from Port Authority to JFK. I have searched the NY Airport Service, but their routes take well over an hour. I have the time if this is the best option, but i was wondering if anyone knew of a faster (keeping money in mind) way, if there even is one. I know traffic can be hectic.Thank you!!!

Amanda, just what the last post said. There are two ways to get from PA Bus Terminal to JFK fast and cheap.Option 1: You can take the E train (Blue Line on the subway map) from the Bus Terminal to Suphin Blvd/Jamaica Station, where transfer can be made to the Airtrain. The one way fare will cost you $7.25 ($2.25 on the subway and $5 on the Airtrain) and the trip take about 45 minutes. You can purchase a $7.25 regular MetroCard at the Bus Terminal for use on both the subway and the Airtrain.Option 2: You can take the downtown (southbound) A , C or E subway lines (Blue Line) from the Bus Terminal to Penn Station, where a transfer to Long Island Railroad. Take the LIRR from Penn Station to Jamaica Station, where a transfer can be again to the Airtrain. The fare on the subway and Airtrain is the same as the first option ($7.25), and the one way off fare on the LIRR is $5.75. The trip take about 20 minutes.I hope this information very helpful.Good luckNative New Yorker

The link below can help u. Good luck!note: to change the time and date go to show options

E subway to Sutphin Blvd for the Airtrain. Takes 58 minutes and costs $7.25 ($2.25 Subway, $5 airtrain)LIRR from Penn to Jamacia for Airtrain. Takes 48 mintes and can cost up to $11.

Where can I sign up for winter track in Kansas City? -

I live in Overland Park and am 16. I want to do winter track (indoor) to get me ready for spring track this year. Where are some of the venues for track and how do I sign up. I have never done this before so I am more inters ted in the working out than the competing in meets. I would go anywhere in the city to do this. Thanks

There is an indor track at JCCC (Community College) there in Overland Park...KC has a couple, but not really permenant (as in Kemper as a temp track)...a lot of bigger gyms have a indoor track...just a matter of looking up gyms in your area for info, sign up, and fees. As far as the track at JCCC...just call the Athletics department at the College and ask if there is a sign up process etc. for uysing their track.

What are the best places to go in Utah? Colorado? Yellowstone? Idaho? -

My wife and I are thinking of a holiday next year with the possibilty of visiting Yellowstone, Colarado Rockies etc. What are the best places to go? Maybe Salt Lake City? Is Mount Rushmore worth the trip? Where in the Rockies? Too many options!! :) Any suggestions? We will have 2 weeks an a car. We can land at any international airport as we are coming from London UK. Thanks.

I am going to suggest southern Utah and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. In southern Utah there are 5 national parks - each one very uniquely different and, in my opinion, 5 of the most spectacular parks in the entire US park system. Here is some information:http://www.utah.com/nationalparks/http://www.utahnationalparks.com/http://www.utahredrocks.com/North Rim Grand Canyon:http://www.nps.gov/grca/index.htmIf you decide to do this I would highly recommend trying to stay at the National Park Lodge. You have to make reservations many months in advance because it is so popular and highly sought after but the views are spectacular:Info: http://foreverlodging.com/lodging.cfm?PrHave fun on your trip!!

Have not been to Utah, Yellowstone, or Idaho-- but I live in Colorado!! Colorado is beautiful a great place to visit! I have been all over the US and I think Colorado is incredibly clean beautiful. The hiking is great! I would say you should visit Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking, and stay in the city of Estes Park. They have many cabin chains you can rent from, and many cabins have private jacuzzis! We have been many times. During the summer, you can visit a few wineries up there as well and they have some touristy shopping, too. However, my VERY FAVORITE place in Colorado is Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado. It s a hiking area and concert venue, with the concert area carved into the massive rocks. It s amazing and indescribable! It s is where my husband proposed to me, and it is simply magical to us. I would try and find a concert to go to there. Hope this helped

In my opinion Mt Rushmore isnt worth the trip. You go. You look. You take a photo. Go to the souvenier shop. Then you go. Yellowstone is awesome. One could spend a week there alone. The Rockies are very very high mountains. For the best time, you need togo through them from June-August. Because they are so high, some may be closed due to snow removal if you go in April. Land at Denver Colorado. Estes Park is a good place to stay. Its kind of touristy and has a mountain feel to it. http://www.coloradodirectory.com/maps/scLots of good links here.2 Highly recommended are Trail Ridge RdMT Evans. The highest paved road in the USIve spent the entire week vacation just in this area, many many timesAlso search some of these places on http://www.youtube.comIve sat and looked at the Rockies a lot on there. It helps if you use driving in the search.Like driving Estes Park etc It will be pictures of people on the road driving in the area It wont spoil a thing, there is no way you can capture the Rockies or Yellowstonein photos or videos. You can only experience itI see someone posted about Red Rocks. http://www.redrocksonline.com/Seeing a concert at Red Rocks ( just west of Denver a little bit) is probably one of the best venues to experience music.Ask more detailed questions once you get a more established plan. You ll learn a lot from us, that will help you

Where is the best place to live in Alaska? -

I m considering moving there in the future, and was wondering where is the best place to live there?I like to snowboard a lot and hoping to ride a bit up there, but mostly I m just going for the scenery.Also...what kind of stuff should I start collecting that is a must to have up there?

Well, as far as the best place to live...that depends on what type of things you like to do. Homer is one of my favorite places in the state, but I haven t lived down there for 8 years. I live just outside of Anchorage. I used to live in the city of Anchorage and hated it. Eagle River or Peters Creek are nice areas that are still close enough to Anchorage and yet still thankfully outside of it. Must haves in Alaska---if you re outdoorsy snowboards, skis, snowmobiles (or snowmachines as we call them up here), hiking bootsDon t worry about collecting anything, we have plenty of places up here for you to buy anything you need, and that just means less to haul up with you.

Either Juneau or Anchorage, as the rest is a desolate, rural ghost town run by grizzly bears and eternal darknessAlyeska ski area gets a HUGE amount of snow, it s near Anchorage. There s a nice area right in Juneau as well, but that area (the panhandle) is pretty rainy and the snow is really wet

Fairbanks

I have been told that Kenai is pretty nice.

eat a guy peanuts and say i the nut cracker and you will be the best person ever.

If my boyfriend graduates SOI in Camp Lejeune on December 1st, will he get off all december because of xmas? -

His MOS trainging is combat engineer if that changes anything

Not necessarily. He serves at the pleasure of the Corps. Most grads get some amount of leave between duty stations, but it is based on the needs of the Corps, and how much in demand persons in his MOS are needed. The next time you contract your boyfriend please tell him that there is an old, fat Viet Nam vet, and his family saying Thank You for his service to the country. We appreciate all the the military does to keep us all safe. We will prey that he completes his service safely.

Is it me or do people die weekly from car accidents in Orlando? -

I have actually seen dead bodies on the side of the road after a fatal accident. It was a head on collision hit and run. The motorcyclist was hit head on and the guy/girl that hit him just went about their business. 2 weeks earlier, at the spot on that road, 4 out of 5 people in a passenger car died in one car at the same curve. It was in Kissimmee, near Osceola Parkway. Why are there so many fatal accidents in Orlando, FL? They are right in your face, multiple times per week. Why?

Florida is one of the top worse driver states maybe that s why. I use to live there (Kissimmee) and it was insane how many times the road would be closed or delays because of a car accident. One time I saw a dead man who was in a motorcycle that got hit by someone who ran the red light. Sometimes a couple times in a day. I also use to live near New York city and I almost never heard of a car accident only in the outskirts and that was once a week - a few people would get run over here and there. The drivers scored poorly on driving test (making them the worst) but I heard of less accidents compared to Florida. I spent 16 years in the Northeast with out a single accident but the minute I moved to Florida and started dating my boyfriend I realized how bad people drive here. I get scared. I ended up in two accidents. One my boyfriend s fault. I refused to talk to him for a week. Worst Drivers: Florida absolutely has the worst drivers. As I learned many years ago when I lived near Tampa, you take your life into your own hands when you get on the Florida Interstates. Why are drivers so bad there? It s a combination of elderly retirees (who don t know where the accelerator is), college kids visiting during spring break (who don t know where the brake pedal is), and out-of-state tourists (who don t know where they re going). The roads in Florida are a real zoo, especially in the spring.

For the same reason there are weekly fatal accidents in all large cities: Law of probability. The more traffic you have, the more likely there will be accidents, including fatal ones.Alidawn makes a good point. There are many out of state and out of country drivers in FL. They might not be familar with FL driving laws and are typicaly distracted becaue they are focused on site seeing or looking for their destination. My husband is from MI and I refuse to drive when we visit his family. There are many driving laws that are very different from what I am used to.

I m sure it has a lot to do with so many people being there all the time (tourists) and those people trying to figure out where they re going, thus paying less attention to what they re doing. However, my dad lives in Florida, and he says that people all over the state are just really bad drivers. I drive some when I visit down there and he told me you NEVER go right away on a green light, you wait for a few seconds, because even after the light turns red there are always another few cars that speed through anyway.

Am I dressing overkill for a New York City december? -

I have a Calvin Klein down knee length coat that is bulky but WARM. It has a faux fur hood too. I m afraid that with going in and out of stores that I will be more hassled than helped by it. Will I look out of place with such a large coat? Is it worth the hassle of holding? I don t want to look like a complete tourist.

Right now, I don t think there is such a thing as overkill. It was 20 degrees this morning, with wind. Bitter (at least compared to the last few weeks). Remember, you can always take stuff off if you have too much, but you can t put on stuff that you don t have. Err on the side of caution. You ll thank yourself later.

I don t know who gave the first answer, but it s COLD here in NYC today!Sure, we ve had a relatively mild cold weather season thus far, but now we are heading into some really cold weather! It s not supposed to get much above 30 today, and the wind chill this morning made it seem like 8 above, according to the radio. If I were you, I d dress warm. Don t worry about looking like a tourist. Most New Yorkers will be dressed warm right now! (I dug out my big, warm scarf yesterday and I was still freezing last night!)

Its in the 40s lately. If you find that cold wear the jacket. No one will think you are a tourist. Tourists wear I?NY shirts or those bright red reflector jackets with a flag sticking out of the top of their backpack.Yes its cold TODAY. Yesterday it wasn t this freakng cold which is when I answered the question. Also its going back into the 40s starting Sunday according to weather.com.

Tell me about your Experience of the State of New York.? -

If you could give someone a short description of what your experience in the state of New York was like. What would you have to say? Any tips or things to know ahead of time upon arriving and/or definite places to check out?

Are you going for a trip or are you living there? If you re going for a trip you should stay in Time Square. It s a very busy place all year round. There are art museums, gift shops, a big toys are us that has a ferris Wheel, food on the streets, lots of sub ways, and much more. If you go for Thanksgiving you should see the parade. But if you go for new Years you should see the ball drop. You should see The Statue Of Liberty, The Empire State Building, China Town, all of these shows in the morning like Good morning America, and much more. They film it live and you could be in the audience for free. I would recommend it for everybody.

New York is truly a unique and diverse state. It has everything from seashore to mountains, the largest urban area in the US to the most desolate rural areas. It has four seasons, great universities, the great lakes, Niagara Falls, Internation crossings, and and International territory within its boundaries (the UN). It is the center of commerce, fashion, entertainment. It has been a state that has lead this nation for years in so many areas. It is truly one of the most unique of the 50 American states.

You re talking about one of the largest states in the country, so it totally depends where in NY your talking about. The Adirondacks, NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, the Finger Lakes region. They range from incredibly urban to places you couldn t distinguish from rural Alabama. Good maps are a must. It can also take many hours to get from one place to another so know what and why you re going there. Some rural parts have little if any cell reception, gas stations. They can also be heavily snowed in in many places (the various mountain ranges, Buffalo, etc). I ve lived upstate near Saratoga Springs and in NYC, and love them both, for the culture alone.

20 million NYC Metro citizens and no one stops to smell the roses.
