While it is true that it is a county option in Nevada, it is controlled (and taxed) in Las Vegas. Any hotel will supply any type, kind, color or size you want. There is no intent to stop it as that is behind the slogan What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas .
Good answers! I m just adding information here. There are bordellos between Reno and Fernley,NV and outside of Carson City. I can attest to those. The Mustang Ranch was bought by someone who moved it from the orginal location, closer to Fernley. This guy moved the buildings! When you re driving at night, you can see it from the highway. It s lit up like a Christmas tree!!!
No, it is legal in parts of Nevada, but not in Clark County, where Vegas is located. And it is restricted to regulated and licensed brothels - streetwalker-type prostitution is not legal.
It is FALSE, only certain areas of Nevada is Prostitution legal. It should be legal nationwide because of the Revenue that could be generated and that would pay off the Nation s debt in no time.:-)
It s legal in established-businesses such as The Bunny Ranch, but it s illegal if you just go out on the street and do it that way. And even then, it s only legal in certain counties.
Prostitution is NOT legal in Las Vegas. It is only legal in certain counties in the state of Nevada including Nye county, and in Pahrump which is right outside of Las Vegas.
No. It is not legal in Clark County where Las Vegas is located. It is not legal in any county with more than 250,000 people. The closest legal bordello is in Pahrump, an hour drive away in Nye County
It s legal as long as business is conducted indoors. You may see the girls approaching men inside the casinos, but you won t see any streetwalkers.
