Is it true that Prostitution is legal in Las Vegas? -

No.But there is a lot of it there. Casino girls, streetwalkers, upscale escorts, massage parlors that offer extras . Prostitution is legal in most of Nevada. The closest legalized prostitution to Las Vegas is in Pahrump and Amargosa Valley.Prostitution has always been legal in Canada. In the USA, Rhode Island legalized prostitution about six months ago.

While it is true that it is a county option in Nevada, it is controlled (and taxed) in Las Vegas. Any hotel will supply any type, kind, color or size you want. There is no intent to stop it as that is behind the slogan What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas .

Good answers! I m just adding information here. There are bordellos between Reno and Fernley,NV and outside of Carson City. I can attest to those. The Mustang Ranch was bought by someone who moved it from the orginal location, closer to Fernley. This guy moved the buildings! When you re driving at night, you can see it from the highway. It s lit up like a Christmas tree!!!

No, it is legal in parts of Nevada, but not in Clark County, where Vegas is located. And it is restricted to regulated and licensed brothels - streetwalker-type prostitution is not legal.

It is FALSE, only certain areas of Nevada is Prostitution legal. It should be legal nationwide because of the Revenue that could be generated and that would pay off the Nation s debt in no time.:-)

It s legal in established-businesses such as The Bunny Ranch, but it s illegal if you just go out on the street and do it that way. And even then, it s only legal in certain counties.

Prostitution is NOT legal in Las Vegas. It is only legal in certain counties in the state of Nevada including Nye county, and in Pahrump which is right outside of Las Vegas.

No. It is not legal in Clark County where Las Vegas is located. It is not legal in any county with more than 250,000 people. The closest legal bordello is in Pahrump, an hour drive away in Nye County

It s legal as long as business is conducted indoors. You may see the girls approaching men inside the casinos, but you won t see any streetwalkers.

Its not legal in Vegas.Although, you will see a lot of hookers walking around. Its so easy to spot a worn out, sleazy, whore.

nope there is the bunny ranch but it is not in las vegas

No, Prostitution is illegal anywhere in the US.

I want to go to houston cmmunity college and i live in florida? -

hi i live in the state of florida i am a junior in high school,i am gonna move to texas after i graduate high school. can anyone tell me what i need to do? information about residency in Texas? do i have to be living 1 year in Texas so i can enrollin a community college? i will be living wih my aunt in houston. do i need to be resident of Texas to get my drivers license? i ws born here in the united states

no, you dont have to live here for a year. and you can get your drivers license here too. there s Lone Star College out in CyFair ISD, also, i recommend you attend the University of Houston, because even though it s not one of the top rated, it might be better than a community college. talk to your counselor about it, she knows more than i do.

I d set my sights higher than HCC. It is open admission. You can enroll in HCC at any time, but you ll pay more for the first year.

Well, congrats on the planning! For best details (and I know I like in person better!) I would go talk to your school counselor... They will help you out A LOT!

Is Alhambra a good place to live near LA? -

Are their any indian communities there? Is it safe and prices reasonable? What streets and aprtment complexes are particularly popular for housing?

Alhambra is okay, and relatively safe in most parts. The center of the Indian community here in Los Angeles County is further Southeast, in Artesia, Cerritos, Norwalk, and Lakewood, stretching into La Palma and Buena Park, in nearby Orange County. The main area for shopping and business within the Indian community is along Pioneer Blvd in Artesia, this area is known as Little India. In Alhambra there are apartments all over. The most expensive are near the downtown area off Main street and also near Huntington Drive. The rent gets lower nearer to Monterey Park but the area also gets a bit more depressing that way, as well. The nicer areas, are closer to South Pasadena, and San Gabriel.

Thanks for the BA! Good luck in finding your perfect home... There s lots to choose from now, and many places are offering move-in specials to entice prospective tennants. Everything from new carpets/drapes, and appliances to first month free . Report Abuse

Alhambra is an alright place to live.I don t know is $1250 mo. reasonable for you? Here s the race statistics in AlhambraRaces in Alhambra: * Hispanic (35.5%) * Chinese (33.1%) * Other race (16.3%) * White Non-Hispanic (13.8%) * Vietnamese (4.9%) * Other Asian (4.1%) * Two or more races (4.0%) * Filipino (2.0%) * Black (1.7%) * Japanese (1.6%) * American Indian (1.2%) * Korean (0.8%) * Asian Indian (0.6%)Usually when people are apartment/house hunting, they could care less what s popular. All they care is that there s vacancy.

Oahu, Hawaii during November/December? -

What are some fun things that I can do when I am in Oahu?I love taking pictures, what are some good places?I do Polynesian dance.Any suggestions? Thanks!

Aloha - I love Oahu over the holidays!!1 thing you will be lucky enough to see while there in Nov/Dec is Humpback Whales! Do take a whale watching cruise if it is in your budget, they are amazing animals! While you re there, check for any local holiday festivals or parades - those are not only great experiences but wonderful photo opportunities! For polynesian dance try Paradise Cove, Polynesian Cultural Center, there is free hula on Waikiki Beach in the evenings, and sometimes at Ala Moana Shopping Center The Liliaukalani band shellAs for other fun activities that are available all year long:Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona Memorial newly refurbished USS MissouriSnorkel Hanauma BayDrive up the Pali LookoutHike DIamond HeadGreat photos on the N shore during surfing competitions While on the N shore try the local shrimp trucks shave iceValley of Temples - utterly beautiful Boyodo-in-Temple amid cliffs rainforestWaikiki Beach (try several beaches see what you like best)Dole PlantationAloha Stadium Swap MeetDrive Mt. TantalusLyon Arboretum (many arboretums really!)SO much more to see, do, take photos of! Check out some of mine at the link below for fun ideas. let me know if you need any more help/ideas

Here are a few suggestions:1) Snorkeling in Hanauma Bay - one of my favorites. The bay is very beautiful and great for pictures.2) Try surfing - take pictures of the North Shore and of other surfers whipping out. You may see some huge breaks during Nov/Dec.3) Hike to a few waterfalls - Take lots of pictures of landfall and waterfalls while at it. 4) Visit landmark attractions like the Pearl Harbor5) Visit Diamond Head - Take pictures of Waikiki and of Honolulu from the top of the summit.6) And then there are numerous very beautiful famous beaches - take pictures of all these.7) Go to the beach for sunrise or sunset and take some pictures, you will love looking back at these later.8) Visit http://www.sharinghawaii.com/hawaii-phot to see pictures and albums posted by previous Hawaii travelers. Please share yours pictures too so other prospective visitors can enjoy and benefit like you did.9) Enjoy Hawaii!!

You can go into town and take pictures of all the christmas decorations. Go to the beaches take pictures of the sunset, I recommend Waimea s (besides the fact its on the north side of the island, its beautiful when the sun is setting). I also poly dance, we may have a performance in Ala Moana for Christmas (I m not sure yet)

hook it up wiith with me and my friends we ll have a great time =]but if your more of the romantic type i suggest wat the girl before me said plus looking at the stars on the beach during a barely warm night with your mate while having some nice locl malasadas

Help!!! is hawaii a good holiday for someone that likes citys eg japan? -

if you have been what is there to do? thanks

Japan is not a city.

Kay, so it really depends on which island you go to. There s Oahu, which is really the major island. Most of the actual shops are there. And the Big Island has different areas for different things. If you want sun and vacation-like areas, Kona is the city for you. Hilo is the area where it s seldom as sunny as Kona, but there s more of a store selection and housing is cheaper. Waimea is a bit windy, but very scenic.

Im going to Seattle for Winter Break. What to bring? amp;what to do there? -

Hi, I have a month off from college. I m in Texas now, and I will be going to Seattle for Christmas. I know it will be very cold.. What do I need to bring? and What do you recommend in Seattle? What are the must-do s/see s? Thank you!! Happy holidays!

Hello!Considering this year s weather (It was about 18 degrees in Seattle today...) I would bring a warm winter jacket, a rain jacket, and some warm long-sleeve shirts, a sweatshirt...etc. The temperatures between Seattle and Texas will be different... :)Some very good tourist attractions are:Space Needle: A must see, but it is kind of pricey..Pike Place Market: Home of the Flying Fish , and the first ever Starbucks. A must see if you enjoy coffee. If you go downtown, there are many shopping malls and stores. The Museum of Flight EMP (Experience Music Project) If you like music, this Museum is dedicated to it. A must see for any type of music fan. (It s really close to the Space Needle too!)Visit the observation tower at the Columbia Tower, it s the tallest building in Seattle. Plus it s cheaper and you don t have to wait in a huge line. :) There are many parks, where you could walk, bike, jog, etc. (but you might not want to do that if it s raining or snowing. :) )The Pacific Northwest Ballet (I think that s what it s called..) is doing a annual Nutcracker preformance. You might want to reaserch more about that, because I m not sure where it s at, etc.I hope I gave you some good ideas!Have fun in Seattle, and Happy Holidays! :)

bring rain coats and all that but i still hope it snows, go to the ferry, space middle, china town, and there are pretty good parks to visit

Disney world??!!!!!!!!!? -

when is the least crowed time in disney. is december crowded? when r the least buzy times in december and overall

well the first half of december is one of the best times to go and its noted to be literally the least crowded time of the entire year. plus all the xmas celebrations are in full swing. second half of december is the worst time of year to go as far as the crowds and from dec 21st to jan 1st is literally the busiest time of the entire year. other low crowd times of the year are...-second half of january-first 2 weeks in february-last week in february-first half of march-last week in april-first half of may-second half of september-fist half of october-first half of november

The first two weeks of December are the least crowed. Try to go on a weekday as the weekends are really busy. My wife and I went last year the second week of Dec and we had a ball. Here are some links to the Christmas events. Have fun.

In the beginning of Dec. it is crowded because that s when they have all the cheerleaders from all over the US competing. They hold the Competition there. Its from the 9th this year and lasts about a week. If you call there they will tell you when. All the hotels are full and its very crowded.

The first 2 weeks in Dec.are the best time to go. The weather is great and crowds are low.
