Where in Hawaii would a good sports training facility go? -

My friend and I are working on a project for architecture. Our plan is to create some sort of training facility for olympic athletes. It would also be a place for museums, tours, sports medicine study, etc. somewhat similar to the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center in California. We want it to be located somewhere along a coastline like Hawaii for example. The problem is we don t know an ideal place. Do you know Hawaii well or some other place that would be good for our project ?

It is largely dependent on your budget. On the coast in an urban area can cost you $1000/square foot for the land. We have for the most part, run out of land here.150 acres is almost unheard of in Hawaii. The only recent project that comes to mind is the John Burns School of Medicine. You will need millions in funding. IF you can get the funding, then it opens a lot of possibilities. For a combination of convenience and cost, I would choose Waikele.

Gas Stations in Central Jersey? -

I just moved to Madison NJ. I was wondering if anyone knows which gas stations within a 5 mile radius of Madison New Jersey operate after midnight?

Since the gas stations in New Jersey are required by law to pump your gas, very few are open round the clock. So if you re getting low, try to get gas before 10pm.

There is a Shell station located at 621 Shunpike Rd in Chatham, about a miles from Madison. However, I m not sure if it is open around the clock. The best thing I can tell you is to call the station directly and inquiry about their hours of operation. The phone number is (973) 377-4853.The link below show the location of the station and the driving direction from Madison.http://maps.google.com/maps?daddr=621+ShGood luck

Nightclubs/lounges in NYC? HELP? -

Okay, so my birthday s coming up in a few days..I m turning eighteen and I have been searching for a good club/lounge that I can go to for my birthday. Searching for a good two weeks I ve found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING :( And if there s absolutely nothing for eighteen+ .. nineteen s fine, I have my sister s ID that says I m twenty-one that I can definitely use, unfortunately one of my friends is Nineteen so that s our only option. Please help :(

Have you tried Webster Hall? I know they have 18 and over nights. If you go to see The Awesome 80 s Prom (off-Broadway play), they let you stay afterward and party it up in Webster Hall. And if you haven t been before, Webster Hall has 4 or 5 levels, plays all kinds of music, and is huge.

You should check out 420 Bar and Lounge on 80th and Amsterdam. I was a bouncer there and we always had parties for people your age.
