Where is Satuday Night Live(SNL) located? -

I know it s in New York but where????

SNL is filmed in the GE Building at 30 Rockefeller Center in New York City. The GE Building is the headquarters of NBC Television. If you re considering getting tickets to SNL while in NYC, please note that SNL does its ticket lottery in August, therefore, stand-by tickets are the only way to go right now. Tickets are distributed at 7am on the 49th Street side of 30 Rockefeller Plaza on the morning of the taping. You can do either the dress rehearsal or the live taping.Good luck

Studio 8A of the Studio Building at Rockefeller Center.I suggest checking the SNL website about ticket availability - you probably won t get in if you show up without tickets.

It s filmed at Rockefeller Center (near 50th St, between 5th and 6th Ave)

I pretty sure its in New York City.

Anyone know what bakery might have a new moon/ twilight cake? I live in pittsburgh pa! thanks? -

You d most likely have to make a special order, I doubt they d have them in stock. http://www.cakewrecks.blogspot.com/ Do a search for Twilight, and see some truly heinous things that professional bakers have created.

You are probably going to have to put in a special order in order for them to make it for you. Go to your local bakery in your specific neighborhood. I m sure the Giant Eagle Bakery or Wal Mart bakery could do it also.

Is pasadena, california a great place? -

by great place i mean not alot of crime or gangs, not alot of racist people and also what are fun things to do there? are there good schools?.. and good people? and beautiful girls? just curious because my mum wants to move there and i might aswell by the way im 17

Most of Pasadena is safe with nice people. There is a small area that is sketchy, but there would be no need for you to go there unless you lived there. Anywhere in the LA area you need to be aware of your surroundings. I can only tell you from my friends perspectives, and they like Pasadena because they don t see a lot of racism. Nice people, friendlier than some other areas of LA, imho. Many kids attend private schools in Pasadena, but lots of kids especially like Marshall, and also Pasadena High Schools, they seem to be the favorite of the public high schools. PCC (Pasadena City College) is a great 2 yr community college, and you can get guaranteed admission to a UC if you follow the program. Really nice campus, good professors, nice kids. Caltech, Occidental, Cal State LA, Art Center College of Design, Pacific Oaks, USC, Azusa Pacific are some of the other nearby colleges. Further away are UCLA, Pepperdine, Loyola Marymount, etc.Lots of beautiful girls of all types!Pasadena has lots to do, great shopping area in Old Town, restaurants, museums, theaters, upscale bowling (lots of fun even if you don t bowl), great hiking for all abilities. You can do an easy 3 mile roundtrip hike to a water fall across a stream (Eaton Canyon). It s neat being so close, yet feeling so far, from a city. Pasadena shuts down a bit early for my taste, but kids tend to find things to do. Also, kids seem to know kids at all the other public and private schools in the area, so lots of choices in friends. It s easy to get to other places in LA from Pasadena. Good luck!

You know, gangs are really over-hyped in the media. Sure, they are all over, but it s not like they are omnipresent.Pasadena has some REALLY great areas, as well as some less-desirable areas (like any town). Old Town Pasadena is a great place to explore, and they have the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl each year, which is a huge event. You ll find racist people everywhere, but most people in SoCal aren t racist at all. It s sort of a live and let live attitude here. There are TONS of beautiful girls here. SoCal is famous for them. There are also some VERY good schools in Pasadena. And some very good Colleges and Universities nearby as well. As for things to do, look at some of my other answers in this section. I post that answer about 10 times a day, and don t have the room to do it here. But you re about 15 minutes away from Hollywood, and 35 minutes away from Disneyland, for starters.

it s a pretty nice city to live in. but it s a large city (160,000) people, so it has a couple of bad areas. but it has some good schools and it is in the center of the LA metro area so you can do so many things the area has to offer. as far as the racism factor, well, that is not really an issue in so cal because it is probably the most diverse area in the nation. there are people from just about every race, religion and ethnicity. so bottom line i think you will like living there. good luck.

well its pretty safe and nice town although it get busy on januraly 1st for the Rose pardareand lets good colleges cal tech is thereand JPL is nearbyexcellent hospital are there tooI m not sure about the high schools thoiugh)they also have the gold line and their own bus system called ARTS

I personally love Pasadena.Very beautiful, very peaceful, crime is low I m sure.

it s alright. i really like going to old town pasadena :] lots of shopping and pretty good restaurants. there s an ice skating rink. the schools are pretty good. nice city.

Mum? As in what Australia and Britain say instead of Mom?I hope you have a green card.

probably one of the top 10 cities in all of California!

California trip info needed? -

I am twenty years old and i live in grand rapids, MI and me and a few of my friends just thought about driving to cali for a week or two we don t make that much money but who cares lol well we make alright money so i was wondering wheres a good place to visit that is close to the beach but also is a place we can party have some fun etc. i also have a 18 yr. old brother coming with so is there any clubs around there that allow 18 yr. olds in so we are looking for a place close to the beach good hotels nice clubs but a place that still has some sort of class

Huntington Beach! I drove there last summer and last month. They just opened up a brand new hotel called Shorebreak and it s literally across the street from the ocean and the pier and all the shops and restaurants. It s like the perfect location and since it s brand new it was so nice inside, and pretty reasonably priced. They upgraded us to a ocean view balcony for free just because they had empty rooms. Anyways, you guys won t be able to get into any clubs per say being that you are underage but there are TONS of sports bars on the strip that you can go hang out in and watch some sports without getting carded (you just can t get alcohol). And there s always surfers at the ocean and volleyball players. Plus it s about 45 minutes from LA/Hollywood if you want to check that out.

Well, the drinking age in California is 21. But I would go to Newport Beach in Orange County. Nice area and centrally located if you want to go to other places.

Is hawaii ahead of me in time or behind i live in chicago? -

When it s early morning in Hawaii (HST), it s late morning in Central time (CST or CDT). Keep in mind that Hawaii does not need or use Daylight Savings Time (DST).

Hawaii is behind you by 4 hours. If it is 9:00 AM in Chicago, it s 5 AM in Hawaii.

Time wise Hawaii is behind just about everyone.
