What part of Upstate New York is cheap to Live? -

I want to possibly move upstate i heard rent is cheaper where are some good parts of upstate where it is safe to live and rent is cheap and also good schools and available jobs. Thanks

Fulton county has cheap housing, good schools but not so many jobs. Within a 45 minute drive, though you have Schenectady or Saratoga which have jobs but higher rent.
