Where is a nice place to just sit and watch the ocean in San Diego? -

Where is the best place to sit near the ocean in San Diego and just relax by the ocean?

Hi Kim-Get a paper cup and go to the dog park in Ocean Beach. Paper cup filled with the beverage of your choice. The dogs run free. Your thoughts run free. If you relax then you run free.It s simply a nice place. It;s good for the blood pressure/

if you want to sit in your car and watch the ocean or the sunset, a nice place is Torrey Pines State Beach. You can park free right along the coast highway and enjoy the view. If the weather is nice, which is usually in in San Diego, you can sit on the beach and enjoy the view. Directions: From I 5 go ~1.5 miles west on Carmel Valley Road, turn left on North Torrey Pines Road (Coast Highway 101) and look for free parking on the west side of the road.

With 70 miles of coastline, you ll find lots of fabulous places to sit and watch the ocean. My favorites? Sunset Beach, La Jolla Cove, and Del Mar Beach.Take a look at this guide to San Diego beaches for pictures and directions:http://www.sandiego-romantics.com/romant

La Jolla Cove and Ellen Browning Scripps Park for the beautyhttp://www.a-zsandiegobeaches.com/lajollhttp://www.sandiego.gov/park-and-recreatWindansea Beach for the surfers and tide poolshttp://www.a-zsandiegobeaches.com/windan

On the pier in Coronado Beach, its one of the top beaches in the United States.

How much money do you need for two days in New York? -

Hi! This will be my first time visiting New York City and I want to make the most of it. I m 18 so Im not sure how old you have to be to check in at a hotel. I want to know how much I should bring, what are some cool things I could do that wont cost a bundle or even better free. Any suggestions on shops and which type of air fair is cheapest. Please let me know every thing and anything that would be help full. So yeah, I plan to be there for two days and want to experience as much as possible. Thanks :)

OK Let s start with #1 You are most def old enough to book a hotel (providing you have a Credit Card with your name on it of course) Go onto Expedia or a site like that and you will be able to sort through a variety of hotels by price and star rating. This time of year will be very costly so I would wait.Walking around the city is fun and FREE and then from there you can decide what to do. The touristy things are good to do once ie Empire state, Ferry to Liberty Island and all are relatively inexpensive.Eating out will cost you $$$ if you want a decent meal and not from a street vendor. But my suggestion is for two days - Enjoy it - bring about $500-800 in spending cash and you should be just fine.I went when I was about your age and it was amazing! Hope this helps.

You have a lot of questions. Instead of relying on a few sentences here, go to the library or bookstore and get a good guidebook to NYC. It will give you many options and lots of detailed information on how to get there, where to stay, where to eat, what to see, etc. One online guidebook is here: http://www.frommers.com/destinations/new but it s best to have one you can take with you on your trip.Hotels in NYC often start around $200 to $300. Food can be anywhere from $10 to $500 a day. There are thousands and thousands of shops.

very expensive, i know that

Do people think new orleans is a slow country place? -

ignorance, they believe what they see in the movies, everyone has alligators in the back yard and says cher.anyone who has ever been anywhere other than Bourbon street, the airport or the superdome, know what a wonderful an unique place it is.

I think that New Orleans is thought of a city with a slower pace compared to other cities, but New Orleans wouldn t be considered country by any means.

New Orleans is definately slower paced than Boston but it still feels like a city.

Well I am from New York, and yes people here would consider NOLA to be a slow-paced city. Although many are jealous.

HELL NO I AM FROM NEW ORLEANS AND BELIEVE ME IT AIN T SLOW ONE BIT.

How do you think USA will begin its fall, like Rome did? -

What will be the final straw that just collapses this empire. I think it ll have to happen eventually.

It will be more like the fall of Britain, not Rome. It started when the USSR fell and in 100 years, the USA will be lot like the UK is now. And really, that is not all that bad. Not as good as now but good enough.

I am not saying it cannot happen. But we went through worse in the thirties with the great depression and survived it. I have faith in my country men still. As for Obama comments, as much as I dislike him, it would take more than he to destroy the USA. It would have to be a group effort by many people in power.

Who knows probably something like a new world war or something nuclear. *waiting for Obama comment*

LIKE NONE, HAVE FAITH!I DONT THINK USA IS EVER GONNA FALL...THATS JUST STUPID (NO OFFENSE...SERIOUSLY)
