Do people think new orleans is a slow country place? -

ignorance, they believe what they see in the movies, everyone has alligators in the back yard and says cher.anyone who has ever been anywhere other than Bourbon street, the airport or the superdome, know what a wonderful an unique place it is.

I think that New Orleans is thought of a city with a slower pace compared to other cities, but New Orleans wouldn t be considered country by any means.

New Orleans is definately slower paced than Boston but it still feels like a city.

Well I am from New York, and yes people here would consider NOLA to be a slow-paced city. Although many are jealous.
