Unless you are here illegally you don t need to worry. If you are here illegally hope you get caught.
yes you will as you leave south texas, also in New Mexico and in El Paso and in Arizona and in Indio CA by greyhound bus stations. They drive in immigration cars and can stop who ever they want. They wait for people at bus stations and get in the busses you might be better off driving then catching a bus unless you have a green card or legal document then your fine.
Not immigration checkpoints but there can be police checks anywhere, if they desire to.Say, stopping a series of cars checking for drunk drivers etc. There is someplace on my way to LA ( I lived there). They stop you and ask you about different things your travelling with. Esp fruits and birds. They dont want contamination coming from other states, and ruining crops. Im not sure where it is, but its out there in the open and you have no choice but to stop
There are no immigration checkpoints INSIDE the USA. Only at the borders with Mexico and Canada.Once you are in the USA you are not subject to prove you are here legally unless you are stopped by a cop for a different offense. Even then, the PC crowd has made it so most cops can t even ask if you are here legally or not.
no but if you were here legal you wouldn t be asking this kind of question??
