Las Vegas During New Years Eve? -

Whats the best place to be to enjoy the fire works at midnight in las Vegas?

lyk its said..the strip...but u can enjoy some good ones around the red rock casino, and such..but be aware it gets VERY full around here, lyk you want to be here probably 2hrs ahead of time in that location..if u find it closed or full..jsut go to red rock casino..its near the 215 up charleston...summerlin....

By Treasure Island. That is where the strip takes a big angle. Standing there will allow you to see all the way south and north to the Stratosphere. Make sure you are on the West side of the strip which Treasure Island and Mirage are.

i think anywhere in the streets you can get a full view of the fire works. maybe on the top of a hotel. im gladd u going to vegas. at least you have a good excuse.lol

u can try the strip or freemot

Have you seen Zumanity in Vegas? Is it fantastic? -

id love to know what you thought of it

My husband and I went there for Valentine s Day last year and it was amazing. It was funny and filled with talent. We loved every second of it and it was VERY entertaining. I would highly recommend going to see it.

I personally loved it. It was entertaining and much better than I thought it would be. Here is a video clip. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/las-vegas

We hated it! Our show was MUCH better!

Things to do in Washington DC, New Jersey and new York? -

Hi, I m born in Washington DC but I live in Lebanon. This summer I am visiting DC, New Jersey and New York!! I honestly want to see the BEST places there so pleaseee tell me what are the best places to visit....I know it s in like 5 months but I m super excited :D :D :D :DThanks!!!Merry X-Mas!

Oh wow, so much to see. In Washington DC, all the historical sites and the Smithsonian museums will take you days. It depends on what you like. I like the Museum of Modern History, The air and space museum and the FBI. In New York, you have to go to a broadway show. Visit Ground Zero and pay respects to the people that died there, go to the empire state building, visit an authentic NY Deli, go to the Statue of Liberty and so much more. Again, it depends on what you like. I don t know which part of NJ you re going to. If it s the southern part, visit Philadelphia and see the Liberty Bell and the place where the original congress took place. If it s the North part, just go to NYC. There s nothing worth seeing in No. NJ.Have fun!Have a fabulous time!

NYC backround picture? -

I m making a tourist website for New York City. What I need is simple; a backround image for the page. Keep in mind that text needs to show up on it. The one i like the most gets 10 points. Thanks

You have to be careful in using pics off the web, especially if you are building a commercial website, that you aren t using someone s copyrighted work. That said, here are some NYC shots that are in the public domain or licensed under Creative Commons (attribution is required), so are free to use:Something that might work at the top of a page:http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:SLightening, darkening, or adjust contrast or other properties on this could make a good background:http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:CSame here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MidtowHere s something a little different:http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:SAs an aside: Personally I think large background images are almost always a bad idea, because there will always be some readers who can t easily read the text. What might be fine for you to read can be difficult for someone who has weaker vision, or trouble discerning between colors. But of course it s your call.

These ones are before 9/11 but I feel the wtc was a key part of New Yorkhttp://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurlhttp://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurlhttp://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurlhttp://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurlAfter 9/11 picshttp://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurlhttp://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurlStatue of liberty picshttp://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurlhttp://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en
