I was raised in New Haven, CT and have been to Boston before but am not familiar enough with it in order to know things. I currently live in Virginia and I HATE this state and HATE the south (so much more segregated and laws are ridiculous. I also miss the snow. The strip clubs aren t that great either because I guess this is referred to as The Bible Belt or something). So I m trying to go back up north.5 Questions:#1) Where are some cool, nice and upscale areas to live?Price isn t exactly a problem with me. But I d prefer to spend like $1000-$1800 a month on rent.I just refuse to live in any areas that are dirty, unsafe, and have high crime.#2) Are the laws as strict in Massachusetts like it is in VA due to the commonwealth aspect? (and no, I m not a law breaker, I m a good girl )#3) How prominent are interracial couples? (I m African American and Native American (and other stuff) and only date outside my race, personal preference and attraction)#4) Where are some nice upscale gentleman s clubs in Boston? Also, where are some decent strip clubs? (I don t want to work at a dirty place) I am taking pole dance classes and have a very nice figure and pretty face so I think auditioning will not be a problem.#5) By being an exotic dancer, will landlords be reluctant to rent to me? (I m very well spoken and pleasant person. I also do attend college online. But will my occupation discourage my chances of being somewhere nice and will it bring up the typical stereotypes of strippers? or will they not care when I flash them cash equaling up to two months of rent or something)Any other info helps too.Thank you!! 3
I ll try to answer your questions the best I can.1) You d probably prefer the outskirts of Boston. Towns like Lexington, Concord, Lincoln, Shirley, Wellesley, Maynard, Medway, Duxbury, Winthrop, have little crime and are very nice and clean.2) I don t know how VA laws are but some Massachusetts laws are stricter than most New England states. Some Puritan laws are still enforced but it s not as bad as it used to be.3) Noone should notice interracial couples or even care, very liberal about that here.4) There are NONE in Boston. You ll need to go to the outskirts to find them and they aren t very plentiful.5) Some might, if you tell them or put where you work on the rental application, but most won t care as long as you have a consistant and steady income.

um no I am not going to help you be sluttyJesus loves you go to Medugorje
why not come to Dallas? TX is not the South ....we have The Lodge (female owned, story about it here http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/Executive Club, etc etc etc....http://blogs.dallasobserver.com/unfairpa....and you can make enough $ here to go visit the snow every winter, if you want to!
Re: #1): Boston is expensive. Depending on the size of the apartment you wish, up to $ 1800 may not be enoughto live in an upscale area of your choice, certainly not most of the towns mentioned by Beatle Fanatic (some of which have no rental apartments) although it is enough to live in most decent, pleasant and safe ones. NOTE: many of the best and exciting areas within city areas are in older, densely populated areas which may not look like much from your perspective. But what is/looks slummy and dangerous in New Haven is often very a posh and upscale and rich neighborhood in Boston (actually think of it as Boston/Cambridge). Boston is a European-style city, with a very good transit system. That makes everything different. In VA Arlington is an equivalent.Re: #2) and #4): I do not know what you mean by due to the commonwealth aspect. That a state is a commonwealth has absolutely nothing to do with it. Rather, VA is a Red state; Massacusetts is the USA s 2nd bluest, most liberal state so the attitude is completely different. Unfortunately that attitude also effects the presence of decent Gentlemens Clubs. It is not a Puritanical thing, but such entertainment is just not a choicefor most men in Boston or most of New England, surrounded as they are with so many brainy, educated women who do not need to use their bodies to captivate. (The Boston area is the only market where a regional Hooters franchise went bankrupt!) There is only one (small and a bit dingy) strip club left in Boston. Otherwise, there are a couple more in the outskirts but the ONLY nice, upscale club in all of the Boston area is The Squire, located in Revere, just north of the city.Re: #3): They are not as prominent as one might expect but they do not turn heads, either. Also, because of local demographic and economy factors, a dark skinned woman with a caucasian partner is likely to be assumed to be a high tech, university or medical professional.Re: #5): A landlord who so discriminates violates MA law but I am sure it does happen. The best thing to do is be up-front, with excellent financial references.
