We have been to Disney World four times as the kids have gotten older and now the place is so huge it is impossible to see all of it in ten days if you are lucky.Magic kingdom is more for the little ones, small rides and shows etc, a lot of animated fun movies and shows you all will enjoy. If you like animals animal kingdom is huge and you could spend all day there and may not see it all.they have rides and safaris and it is awesome if you like a big zoo type of atmosphere. They have a parade at a certain time of day and the characters come out and the kids can see them and meet them as well. Check your schedules.Epcot center is a wild kind of newer place where they have taken some of the futuristic things and make them real for us all, after all they are imagineers.I really suggest you go to disney.com and check out the things you may want to see, do a little planning before you go there is much to see there.Other things of interest are sea world again of you like shows and animals it is fun and expensive as well lol. This ia huge place now so plan well and I really hope you all enjoy it as much as we have over the past 26 years.Disney at night is more for adults and the disney studios is an awesome place to see how they make movies and some of the actors who perform as well
If your daughter loves the princesses I d suggest a character meal with a princess theme and taking her to the Bippity Boppity Boutique. There are 3 princess meals in disney, 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian, Cinderella s Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom, and Merkessh in EPCOT. The Bippity Boppity Boutiques is located in the Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney.
Downtown Disney. There is a place that you can take your daughter and give her a princess make-over.
If you have the extra $$, make reservations for you daughter to go to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at the Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/tours-a ...there s another location in Downtown Disney, but in my opinion the experience would be much more memorable at MK. ...also check out this site to view the other options for princess dining or meeting locations http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/princesse ...you can find the prices, menu items, etc on this page.As far as your older children s interests... If you ve added the water park and more option to your tickets, your kids can swim with the sharks at Typhoon Lagoon for free http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/parks/t ...also Disney Quest located in Downtown Disney is always a huge hit with kids that age http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destina (also free if you have the water park more option)...my hub and son spent all day at Quest [Caution: Disney Quest is an indoor interactive computer-generated facility and long term use may be hazardous to the mental state of mind of young individuals]...okay, you ve been warned. ...Everything else, just enjoy what each theme park has to offer. Don t forget to check out the shows at the parks, Indiana Jones Stunt Show, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Fantasmic, etc ...all great). Look out for the Jammitors in EPCOT s future world (3 janitors pushin along their trashcans and suddenly break out in a beat ) ...see the British Invasion (tribute to The Beatles) located in the back section of EPCOT s Great Britain (they re awesome). ...in fact, all of the World Showcase countries are just spectacular...it s my favorite area to visit in all of WDW...the Castmembers in each country are actually from that particular country on a work visa...so it s a great way to strike up conversations and learn about their homeland. Also, if your 12 year old is an environmentalist, you should not miss Circle of Life in Epcot...a fantastic educational show about our Planet Earth...something everyone should see. If she likes the Bohemian hippie style, she may be able to find something to buy in Morocco (Epcot)....Here are some more tips for a better vacation... food menus and prices http://www.allears.net/menu/menus.htm ,Disney s free Fastpass system http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-s , and also Rider Swap pass or single rider line http://www.wdwinfo.com/childswap.htm ...if you re staying on Disney property, you are entitled to free extra magic hours http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/ca . ...Have a fantastic vacation!!!
Well since I basically live in Disney I can say for sure that you will love it! For your 5 year old daughter they have this place in Downtown Disney called the Bibbiti Bobbiti Boutique where they transform you into a princess. I am sure your daughter would love that. You should go to Magic Kingdom because there are a ton of princess type things to do. I just got back from Disney today and I remember in the Magic Kingdom you could meet Ariel and Snow White I believe. I do not know where you are staying but if you are at the Grand Floridian resort they have a Sleeping Beauty Tea Party that is wonderful! Although it is around one hundred fifty dollars it is a great experience! Usually you can find a character breakfast with some princesses. I remember in the Grand Floridian Resort 2 years ago I went to a character dinner with Cinderella the Step Mother and daughters, and Prince Charming.Sorry sorta tired can t think of anything else at the moment!Hope I helped!!!!!!!!Enjoy your trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For your 5 year old daughter, at Epcot there is a restruant. I can t remember what it s called, but it s in Norway and all the princesses are there, but you need really advanced reservations. There s also the breakfast in the Cinderella castle which I am almost positive has Snow White, definitely Cinderella, and some other characters. In the Magic Kingdom, there is a short show where Belle tells her story with all the kids, but I don t know if she likes Belle. There is also a meet and greet with Ariel at the Magic Kingdom.Your older kids may like Hollywood studios more, it has more bigger rides and more intense shows
