You shouldn t ask here, you should call Greyhound. But I will tell you that to put Greyhound and customer service in the same thought process is an oxymoron.

Greyhound bus customer service? -
Are there any rural areas outside of Alexandria, VA with a lower cost of living? -
There probably are, but you ll make up for it in gas money or train fare (and I think VRE only runs on weekdays and doesn t run on holidays) and time spent commuting.
Flying into JFK new years eve and need to get to manhattan...? -
Airtrain to JamaicaE Train to Times Square, A train up to 125th street. Or the #1 Train, try to find out which one will be closer to your final destination.Total time, maybe an hour and a quarter or so. Total cost, $5 for the Airtrain and $2.25 for the subway, free connections within.
The subways will be a sure thing. I dont know about traffic on the roads, but if you hop on the subway, like getting the E train from JFK (www.lirr.org), you can get into the city in 30min. About 45min to Port Authority. And from there you can catch a train up to the 120s. A little over an hour maybe?
Best way to get from JFK to the West 120s, which is in Harlem, is by public transit. However, if you need proper travel direction, you need to make your question more specific.Drop me a line by clicking on the avatar and e-mail icon in the profile. I ll be glad to help with travel directions from JFK to Harlem.Good luck
take a yellow cab. About $45 flat rate. don t go with anyone that solicits you. Likely an illegal cabby.
Greyhound bus question? -
I hope not! The person that gave the example of the airline - there is no comparison!! First of all you board the plane, then you are taken care of by the stewardess, and at the destination the stewardess takes care of the child until they meet up with the parent or guardian. On a bus the kid gets on a bus and the driver may or may not even pay attention to the kid. The kid can get off at any point and the driver would never know. Or worse yet, the child could easily be abducted right off the bus! There is no way in the world I would let any child of mine ride on a bus alone. I wouldn t let them ride on a bus with me! Because I wouldn t be on the bus myself!!I hate buses and would never recommend one, especially for a child by themselves!! What are you crazy????
It depends on how far you are traveling. Basically, they won t let kids take long trips or trips with route changes if they are under 15 and don t have someone at least 15 with them. Here are all the rules:http://www.greyhound.com/home/en/Tickets
I would call the Greyhound Reservations line and ask them. I am not sure. I don t see why not. Small kids are allowed on arliners alone and are taken care of by the staff. They just have to have a family member hand them over to the staff and be on hand at the other end to claim them.
Vacation Rental Scam? -

Is there a bus that goes from denver to any of the summit county resorts? -
Thats not expensive actually- there are a couple as mentioned in another post being one, also google colorado ski resort shuttles, but there all going to cost about that. Its actually easier if you can rent a car (and even if your 18, you can rent a car without the surcharge with enterprise (google car rental college codes- they waive the under 25 fees), and dollar (google ticket attack consulting dollar rentacar code) and national.Consider though- to get up that way it takes a car 15 bucks or so in gas each way with I-70 being such a pain, so thats not too incredibly bad for a shuttle to go that far.
http://www.themountainsusa.com/Getting_Hthats expensive!! dang.
That s why the folks along the I-70 corridor wanted a monorail.
