What is fun for teens to do in Kenosha WI? Were staying overnight there in January.? -

To be more specific, we re staying at the Best Western Harborside Inn in January, myself and my teen son. I know nothing of the area, especially not of anything to do in January. Please, no bowling.

Well I don t blame you for not wanting to go bowling and since you are staying at the Harborside I guess you won t be able to go cow tipping. By the way that just happens to be my most favorite thing to do. Soooooo, How about this? Wait until you are there and be a little spontaneous. If that doesn t work for you try looking for a cheese factory tour or a christmas shop to browse in. And of course if all else fails there the old evening at the pillow fights. Is there a good view of the strip from Ballys North Tower? -

I m staying at Bally s North Tower deluxe room for 2 comped nights.is it possible to get a good view room from there? (anything that isn t an A/C unit on top of other building s roof)I prefer a good view of the strip... but who doesn t? (and I know that the ST usually has the better view)So beggars can t be choosy, but i wouldn t mind losing a $20 bill to help motivate the front desk clerk to get me a better view room.

The upgraded rooms are so much nicer in the NT that it is usually worth it to give up the view. I think they intended to do both towers, but the economy crashed and they held off on the renovations. The ST rooms are the same as they were in 1985.----------------------Not much you can do except get on a high floor. ----------------------Most of us think that the $20 trick is itself a joke in the days of computerized check in and the ever watchful corporate accountants, but there is a website devoted to people s sincere claims of success. Doubtful that you will get a good view of the strip as it is pretty far off from the strip itself. You may get a partial view but much. When you check in you can request a room with a view and see what they say. That $20 trick is well known here by the managers and the clerks are watched now.

Running away isn t the answer little one! If you start now you ll never stop for the rest of your life. That is no way to live - on the street! Pretty soon you would be doing things that would make you feel even worse about yourself - just to survive.I suggest that you say: OK, tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life. Make a list of things that you want to do and how you will do them. If you need to lose a little weight then concentrate on that. Just tackle one thing at a time or else you will get overwhelmed.
