I m taking a road trip this summer with my friends (I m 18) and want to know what are the best places to stop, eat, sight-see, and all that stuff in between Northern California and New York City

Why is reno nevada so racist? -

i recently moved to jobcorp from las vegas and the people up areultra fowl!!,its obvious they dont like black people or hispanics everytime i go down town to like the rtc bus station i try to be polite and aska question but it feels like there trying to belittle me so some one giveme the heads up cuz i sure as hell wasnt dealing with this in veg!!.

I have never heard any complaints like that about a city like Reno in general from anyone else.

I ve visited Reno four times and never saw any racism going on. But it is a podunk hick town and those places tend to be that way. Stay in the big cities... San Francisco, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, LA.

What is philadelphia like? -

Philadelphia is a great city with great sports, super restaurants, good museums and theaters and easy access to seashore and mountain resorts.It really is a city of neighborhoods, with lots of different characteristics, If go to to the far Northeast, it doesn t even look like the same city as South Philadelphia. Completely different architecture, dharacter, demographics and geography. The hills in Manayunk make you think you are driving in San Francisco. It s great city.Big universities and excellent hopsitals round out the hit parade .

Well... it all depends. It s like any other big city, like the girl above me said. I feel like it s more homey though, lol. There are a lot of bad neighborhoods, but quite a few good ones as well in South Philadelphia. Center city is nice, and there are a lot of great places. I 3 it.

I know Wyoming is gun friendly, but do people commonly hip carry pistols openly (non-concealed)?8. How late can you buy alcohol in a store or bar?9. Are people clean or litter bugs?10. If you open a door, the wind holds it open4.Average temp winter: about 15/Summer:725.Snowmobiles are not street legal although there are places to drive them on the side of the road6.You don t need a 4WD because I-80 is so dangerous you could be driving a semi and still be killedAlthough I would recommend a 4WD truck, you could get by with a front wheel drive car with studded or regular snow tires...Snow tires are a softer rubber compound7.It s better to see a cowboy with a handgun openly carried on his belt than some punk kid with a glock in his waistband. The last thing they carry their guns for is for personal protection from people, its more for protection from predators. (Don t try to steal his/her wallet or truck though)8.Alcohol, when i was going to school there it was 2am, its probably 1 now 9.Most people are clean and take care of the place10. Theres some great hospitals in Wyoming, I m sure you could find something, I don t know how much.Attitudes have changed a lot in Wyoming. People are a lot more tolerant and are softening up a bit. And the wind really isn t that bad, it s actually fun, unless you re trying to have a picnic. (Watchout for Yogi:)
