What is a good part of Hawii to live? -

when i say good i mean a part that is not secluded.

On Oahu, the only place that s secluded is the North Shore. That leaves you with a lot of options.

Im not being jerk but its not really good place to live. Im staying oahu and i think its boring! Hawaiin culture is AMAZING! the loose, dress, language pretty interesting and nature of course except that theres nothing to do, nothing is interesting, people are mean, they are unhappy, they smokes everywhere! They dont like new things, they dont know wat is unconditional, they like to stereotype u like ohhh ur japanese? u shul be this and that bla bla. Today somebody said if i from bla bla its not true cause they dont wear 80 s glass or somethingand i told him I DONT CARE what bla bla Country people wear i like my own!it sucks basically

can a 13 year old be in a greyhound bus alone ?

I hope not! The person that gave the example of the airline - there is no comparison!! First of all you board the plane, then you are taken care of by the stewardess, and at the destination the stewardess takes care of the child until they meet up with the parent or guardian.On a bus the kid gets on a bus and the driver may or may not even pay attention to the kid. The kid can get off at any point and the driver would never know. Or worse yet, the child could easily be abducted right off the bus! There is no way in the world I would let any child of mine ride on a bus alone. I wouldn t let them ride on a bus with me! Because I wouldn t be on the bus myself!!I hate buses and would never recommend one, especially for a child by themselves!! What are you crazy????

I would call the Greyhound Reservations line and ask them. I am not sure. I don t see why not. Small kids are allowed on arliners alone and are taken care of by the staff. They just have to have a family member hand them over to the staff and be on hand at the other end to claim them.

Whats a good spot (long distance ok) following a stay in Big Sur? Is Grand Canyon too touristy? -

I ve been to Joshua Tree and LA numerous times. I m looking for a national park, but not one that will be jam-packed with tourists.

I m a huge fan of Joshua Tree for just that reason. Not too crowded. I have been there numerous time and still find lots to do. Have you seen Mojave National Preserve yet? That doesn t get too crowded. What about Death Valley? It can get a little crowded sometimes but it s HUGE so you should be able to find some solitude somewhere. Grand Canyon is also huge and can get crowded but if you plan a little you should be able to get there when it isn t high season. How about Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument? That is great in the middle of winter. It s pretty warm down there. Tha down side is it s proximity to the Mexican border causes most of the park to be Day use only and some sections are completely closed off to the public.I hope that helped a little. we are planing to go to Knotts berry farm for the day. Tomorrow, Sunday nov 29thdoes any body know how busy it will be. is it worth the time? how long are the waits on the rides? 10min? 20min? 1hr?

I would assume as many kids are out on vacation and are probably going to want to go there tomorrow as one last HOORAH before going back to school.
