New York vs New Jersey? -

hi there, everybody.I am a foreign person to the U.S. I came here (to Chicago) 4 years ago. I had lots of questions answered before, except for one... What is going on between New York and New Jersey? Is there a conflict or something between the two? No one can explain it to me:(No bad words, please. Thank you

As far as I know, there is no conflict. The only conflict I can think of is that New Jersey claims that the Statue of Liberty belongs to them, despite it being a gift from the French to New York. Other than that, I can t think of any conflict that there might be.All the best ?

Whats ure favorite place in CHICAGO and why? -

It has always been the Museum of science and industry, very cool exibits. not as cool as it used to be but still great. I miss the old Chicago and Northwestern Railway station too. used to love that old style terminal, now it is a dump!

The Borders in Uptown. It s near my dad s place and I love it! The coffee/ice cream shop is a great place to read books or listen to tracks after you ve purchased them. I could spend days there.

The Second City theater. It was so hilarious. I was laughing so hard that my face hurt and tears were coming down my face.

Is santa real !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? -

is he

of course Santa is real. I get a lump of coal from him every Christmas.. but in these days of high energy cost, Im not sure if thats a bad thing :-/I just wish he would clean up after the reindeer before he goes on his merry way.

Santa is defintitly real.. It is a proven fact. Your friends who dont believe in him wont get presents from Santa.. But because you do... You will get presents from him this year (: Ive actually caught Santa once! It was amazing! He is soooo nice! Believe your parents...

Saint Nicholas is based on a real person:http://www.stnicholascenter.org/Brix?pag

Real is such a subjective term....and in SoCal it s very very subjective......LOL

What an odd question for the Los Angeles TRAVEL section. He s as real as you want him to be.

Pics or it didn t happen.

Isn t it past your bedtime?

We will have 4 hours on a Sat afternoon in Cincinnati Ohio..what can we do thats fun? -

It really depends on what you consider to be fun. Are art museums fun? natural science museum, fire museum, premium ice cream, sight seeing, shopping? We need more information. When you say you have four hours, are you starting from the airport?

not much to do with only having 4 hours. if possible go eat at camp washington chili or if possible mr genes doghouse on beekman st.

HAVE 2 LAP TRAYS ABOUT 15 BY19quot; AND NEED ESTIMATE OF COST..LESS THAN 5 LBS. FROM aUSTIN TO dALLAS tEXAS? -

The Lap trays are for 2 children to use under their drawings, with cloth part on lap. Inexpensive gifts left at my house and want to get them to the kids before Christmas if cost is not too high. Would UPS or USPS be better?

There won t be a huge difference in cost between UPS and the post office; what will effect the cost the most is the type of packaging you use and the speed you choose to mail.Since you have computer access, go to usps.gov and use their postage calculator. If you use priority mail, then you can expect to pay anywhere from about $6.00 - $15.00 depending on the size of the box (large, medium, or small).I hope this helps; good luck!

Lap just traysed of cost? BS.

Chicago Union Station Mega Bus location and tickets? -

I am supposed to be leaving at 4:30 this wednesday the 25th for St. Louis on the megabus. When I reserved my bus tickets online, I didn t have a printer near by so I wrote down my confirmation numbers on a piece of paper. Is that ok? I m not sure where I m supposed to take my confirmation numbers to and where to actually get on the bus. I went and walked around Union Station today and I didn t see anything that said megabus. I m sorry, I m not from Chicago so I don t know where anything is. Thanks if you can help.

Chicago, Illinois, Union Station - Chicago s stop for all arrivals and departures is located adjacent to Union Station on the east side of South Canal Street, about 300 feet south of Jackson Blvd.http://www.megabus.com/us/stops/chicago_It s easy to tell where east is because the river is east of Union station.I think megabus just parks the bus there as a central location. It s very cut-rate, they don t have a station of their own. I m sure your name will be on the list. You could call or email them for more info.http://www.megabus.com/us/help/contactus

Even if it is handwritten bring your confirmation number with you, in case you need it, but you should not have any problems. Lolly has given you all the correct info.
