The riverwalk is named that exclusively. However, the are many parks all around town that do have walks ....sort of like trails to walk on. There are some areas along the south part of the river that have side walks along the rivers edge which may be called walks but are not part of the Riverwalk.I hope that helps some.

Disney is most crowded on the weekend, but Sunday should be ok. If you can, you should go during the week because it s very spacious and hardly anyone is there. There s no lines for anything either. Universal is also really really crowded on the weekend. Tampa or Kennedy sounds good if you dont want a big crowd, but Disney might not be too bad.
FYI- if you want to go to the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, it closes at 7pm for the Mickey s Very Merry Christmas Party. It is a separate ticketed event, but it s like Disney on steroids! All the best rides are open and they have free cookies and hot chocolate. They also have special fireworks and parades.If you buy the ticket online right now, it s $52 per person. PLUS, you may enter as early as 4pm!!! It goes on until midnight! It s a really good deal!I ll actually be there on that day!

YES!!! if you re planning on having a nice little trip without too many people then now is not the time. November was actuall the best if you wanted to see all the winter decore they had up. I would wait till late january to go for sure. It s going to be packed this month and most of next.

The Hyatt is the hotel near Crown Center. It s pretty nice, and not far by cab from the Power and Light District. Maybe 5 minutes or so. There are several other hotels that are even closer than Crown Center, within walking distance to the bars in the Power and Light District. You could check out the Hotel Phillips, Marriott Muehlebach, the Hilton President, and some others. If I were you I d just look on priceline for downtown hotels...that way you could just walk to and from the bars.

Photos that include both the Observatory and the view of downtown can be quite dramatic, especially because of the ability photographers have of showing us something different than what we actually see. I would guess they re taken from a hillside near the Observatory - up one of the trails they have. I don t walk too well so I have to enjoy the views from the Observatory itself.
