Has anyone stayed in any good, clean tidy and conveniently situation hostels in LA? -
Hollywood, Venice Beach and Downtown are your 3 options. In a fantastic location, just minutes away from all that Hollywood has to offerhttp://www.hostelio.com/usa/los-angeles/
We actually really live here in normal habitation... I am puzzled as to way so many people think we would be experts on the best and cleanest 5 star hostles. I heard there is one toward Santa Monica and one in West Hollywood.....but no one here has actually stayed in one....(I don t think)....The whole idea kinda creeps me out...it reminds me of sweat and cabbages.....
How safe or unsafe is Queens in NYC ?! In comparison to other boroughs ? -
Every borough has there safe and unsafe parts. I would say Queens is very safe compared to Brooklyn and the Bronx. Manhattan and Queens are on the same level to me but Queens may be a little more dangerous. Some parts are nasty and dirty while others are very clean and nice neighborhoods.
I live in the Bronx, but just like any other borough they have the safe and unsafe areas. Where I live it s very quiet nice mostly clean, and near transit. My aunt lives in Queens and it s really nice and quiet. It all depends where you are... Mostly where I have been in Queens it is quiet and pretty clean. There are neighborhoods that are really safe and friendly neighborhoods!!:] Hope this helps Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!
Manhattan is not dangerous, nor is the whole of Queens, with the exception of some neighborhoods. Over all, the city is a lot safer now, than it used to be some 20 years ago. New York is no longer title The crime capital of the nation. Good luck
Well depends on which part u go. Manhattan is more dangerous tho because of the large amount of ppl there.
A female Belgian student is looking for a female person to sublease a room in Manhattan, NY.? -

Cool gaming place in nyc? -
The only gaming place I can think of, cool or otherwise, is Dave and Buster s in Times Squarehttp://www.daveandbusters.com/locations/You might also want to check out Bowl-Mor downtown which is a much cooler location than a chain like Dave and Buster s and more of a New York hang .http://www.bowlmor.com/location_tour.phpThere is also Bowling at Chelsea Piers and a bunch of other sports related activities:http://www.chelseapiers.com/300NY.htm
Whats the coldest town or city or Oregon? And how do you spell oregon, the state? Also where it is never warm? -
There isn t really a city in Oregon that has no warm days (and yes, you spelled Oregon correctly the first few times lol).Eastern Oregon has some really cold cities (actually small towns) that can get very cold in the winter time...as low as -19 degrees Fahrenheit (La Grande, Baker City, Burns, etc.) but these places also get very hot in the summer sometimes 100 degrees. The coast has some pretty moderate weather year-round, but there can be some pretty cold storms in the winter.
I m not absolutely sure if it s the coldest, but Greenhorn, OR, at an elevation of 6410 ft seems like a possibility. One possible problem with that could be a shortage of current population.
Warm is a comparative. Something is only warm when compared to something else.???
What should I do in Chicago when I visit in the spring? -
Go up in the John Hancock building, its not as high as the Sears tower, but it also has an amazing view. Go to Navy pier and ride the big farris wheel, it has a great view as well... sort of smelly down there though being near the water... take a walking tour, go to the Field Museum, Go see the Giant silver bean in Millenium Park, go to Oprah s studio...hope that helped :)
Visit the museums, the lakefront, Navy Pier, Millenium Park
I miss Chicago. :( I grew up there, now we live 2,000 miles away. You could go to Lake Michigan.
Whore yourself.
