There isn t really a city in Oregon that has no warm days (and yes, you spelled Oregon correctly the first few times lol).Eastern Oregon has some really cold cities (actually small towns) that can get very cold in the winter time...as low as -19 degrees Fahrenheit (La Grande, Baker City, Burns, etc.) but these places also get very hot in the summer sometimes 100 degrees. The coast has some pretty moderate weather year-round, but there can be some pretty cold storms in the winter.
I m not absolutely sure if it s the coldest, but Greenhorn, OR, at an elevation of 6410 ft seems like a possibility. One possible problem with that could be a shortage of current population.
Warm is a comparative. Something is only warm when compared to something else.???
