Moving to a new school next spring help!!!? -

I am moving to pittsburgh I don t want to but I dont have a choice I will start 10th grade there I am sooo nervous please give me all the tips and stuff I am also very shy and from Texas I dont want them to think I am too southern!!

Be friendly. Be interested in other people as you talk to them (get them talking about themselves as much as you can - they ll think you re a good listener). Get involved in activities that you re interested in - you ll be more likely to meet people who share your interests and who would therefore be more likely to like you. Try to be as outgoing as you can stand. I know that feels impossible for someone who is very shy, but it really helps. Also, read any books you can find about overcoming shyness. All of the above helped me socially despite my intense shyness.

Depends on what kind of school you are talking about... if you are in high school, then fast food, food service (like restaurants) and retail are about all you re going to be able to get. If it s college school schedule, then that depends on what kind of experience you have and what kind of jobs you might be able to get.

Do you think Virgina is a good place for a nature guy?I really think I should move there, I love the nature aspect of it. I love the trees, the beauty of it, I don`t know everything about it but it sounds perfect to me. I never been there, but I watched several movies that was located in that area and I always loved the view. I live in Dallas Texas, I hate it! The landscape in Virginia is absolutely stunning. If you choose the right town, it would be a great place to live. Do your research first. Some of the smaller towns are either very high end or very poor.
