How easy is it to get from Newark Penn Station to New York Penn Station? -

We are from North Carolina this is our first trip to NYC. We are staying in Newark near Penn Station I was wondering how easy it is to get from Newark Penn Station to NY Penn Station? Any details or tips I need to know? Thanks!!

they re on the same train line, the ex-Pennsylvania Railroad mainline (now the Northeast Corridor) between New York and Philadelphia, hench the Penn in both names. Until 2003, Newark was the next stop out of New York (a station in Secaucus NJ was added between the two to allow for transfers between commuter rail lines.)

Very easy. You can take any NYC-bound (eastbound) NJ Transit train from Newark Penn Station to Penn Station New York. The trip take about 15 to 20 minutes and fare is $4 each way, per person ($8 round trip, per person). Now, if that bit expensive, you can take the PATH train, which is a commuter interurban train, from Newark Penn Station to 33rd Street in Manhattan. The fare is $1.75 each way, per person ($3.50 round trip, per person). If you re taking the PATH train to 33rd Street, please change trains at Journal Square. The transfer between train is free.I hope this information is very helpful.Good luck and happy holidays.Native New Yorker

Things to do in Denver....when youre (not)dead? -

Going to Denver to see a Broncos game on January 3. Anything worth doing or any cool bars I should check out? I will be getting there the night before the game so depending on how late it is when I get there (after the 12 hour drive) I will have that night and whole day after the game to do stuff. I m a 24 yo male so that s my demographic. Which would you suggest, the Downtown Aquarium or the Nature and Science museum? too bad im going in January, I would really like to go see a show at Red Rocks... also any suggestions for a cheap hotel in the vicinity of Invesco Field?

I Searched on this site and got the Cheapest Hotel,Check it out,it also had Discount Coupon Codes for Expedia,Orbitz,Travelocity,Kayak, Priceline,etc.http://freetravel4ever.blogspot.com

Eliches amusement park, Indoor skydiving in englewood colorado, if you can Aspen, Vail, A nuggets game, Water world, just to name a few

the Aquarium is lots of fun! I would say go down to the 16th street mall.. There is lots of shops/ bars and places to hang out!

If you want to go to bars, just get lost downtown. Walk around. There are tons of them. Start with Market street and work your way north. Maybe go up an down 16th. Science museum is cool but I wouldn t go there on a weekend. It becomes a zoo. Speaking of Zoos, I d hit up the Denver zoo. You can still go to red rocks and walk around to check it out. Honestly, it s a cool place but personally I ve always been disappointed with the sound quality there. There are several Headshops in Denver but non of them are really anything special. What might be interesting to you is one of our many new dispensaries. They re just head shops, but they might be of interest of you to check out if you are not from a place with dispensaries. You know, just so you can say you ve been to one.

http://www.ramada.com/Ramada/control/BooRamada Continental2601 Zuni StreetDenver, CO 80211I love the downtown aquarium, but it is a little small, for the amount of money you pay to get in, you would think you could spend more than an hour in there. The museum is fun as well, been a while since I ve been there. The Art museum, if you re into that. 16th street mall (its outdoors though, so depends on the weather). Coors Brewery, they give free tours, learn how they make beer and sample 3 free drinks at the end.

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it s very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
