Pricing is very much event-dependant. Some events are more than others. Average is $10-$20. It s cheaper at some of the open lots around Staples, but those are disappearing quickly.Wanna park for free? Park at the Universal City or North Hollywood Metro Rail parking lot, and ride the subway to 7th St/Metro. Only costs you $1.50 per person.

Does it Snow in Mountain View, Califorina? -
No it does not snow in Mountain View, it s too close to the coastline. It has a pretty good climate there, not too hot and not too cold in Winter. If you are thinking about a shift there, research the city as much as you can first. There may be other things you ll need to know in addition to the climate. Here s a few websites to get you started:http://www.ci.mtnview.ca.us/http://www.mountainview.net/http://www.city-data.com/city/Mountain-V
It does not snow in Mountain View, California. I have lived her for 15 years and it never snowed once. On really cold winter mornings (such as today) it can get frosty on the grass and roof tops. It is a beautiful place and if you don t mind having no snow then you should really consider living in Mountain View. Also, it doesn t rain that often either. Good luck on finding that home you want!
No it does not snow in Mt View..sometimes on the Mts that surround the Santa Clara Valley..There is snow on Mt Hamilton right now, which is quite pretty..but none on the valley floor.
no it doesn t :/goodluck with the colleges new place :]

California or New York? -
It s New York 100% for me! I ve never been to Cali but I know a lot of people that have been all over Cali and believe me, from what I ve heard, it s not as great as New York.Remember, NYC is the capital of the world for a good reason!
NEW YORK BABY! Born and raised in Long Beach, California and been all over the state, by far i would choose New York. Here are my reasons:1. Ive noticed, living in LA that the only clean parts of SoCal are in Malibu, San Diego, and Orange County. Literally everywhere else is disgusting - graffiti, dirty diapers, etc. At least in NY you know what your in for and there in no FALSE ADVERTISING2. Public Trans in SoCal is virtually non-existent. However while in NY i didnt drive my car once in 14 months!3. FASHION...need i say more?4. Both are expensive to live in, however when in NY, although in a two bedroom flat with 3 other roomates we were surrounded by the culture, the arts, fashion, history, and the hottest most exotic men my eyes have ever been blessed to see.5. No lie, people in NY seem to be far more worldly and cultured than theire LA counterparts. Many seem to be rather intelligent and well spoken.6. Gang activity is absolutely disgusting in ALL of California. Mexican and Black gangs target eachother, with Mexican gangs being the agressors. Its so bad that there are certain freeways that i just dont drive on. Mexican gangs put out years ago that they would kill any black person on there side which is quickly becoming a good portion of the state. They killed an 80 year old janitor who was pulled over on the freeway, changing his tire, as well as the son of a soldier whos mother was deployed. Just walked up to this random boy (14) and started shooting. He had no gang affiliation whatsoever, honor student. As a black person it just isnt safe anymore. Of course NY has its crime OF COURSE!! But for some reason i feel safer in Brooklyn or Harlem than in Long Beach.6. Where else can you get a gyro at 3:45 in the morning?
California has beaches, mountains, and deserts. At least in socal you don t have to deal with snow and if you really want to see some you can just drive to the mountains. We have Sea World, Magic Mountain, and Disneyland.New York has 24 hour chinese delivery.
I dont understand the Q but yeah New York City is nice, but I would rather stay in Coastal New England area than New York State itself :p
Dont know and dont care. I ll say California in the summer and New york in the winter.
The weather in CA is better. Everything else is better in NY.
I m from florida and I say california
the quality of living in both area s is brutal
not interested in either
I have been to both and you can have them both
I want to know is $1,000 dollars enough to go to New York with? -
It depend on the type of spender that you are. Meaning, you can take a million dollar with you on that trip but if you are a big spender this amount may not be enough, likewise, if you prioritize on what to spend on it may be good enough. Question, how long will you be in the city? If we know the duration of your trip, where you plan to shop (if you re planning to shop) eg Ford-hum Rd or Manhattan( of the two shopping area Manhattan is more expensive) it will give us a better idea of how to give you a possible estimate . $1000 is a good amount for me.
That depends on how long you re staying there and what you plan on doing. If its for a weekend or week and you just plan on sight-seeing and what not, then I guess thats fine.If you plan to stay longer or shop, then you might need to bring more based on your preference of clothing, if you know what I mean. ;D
You biggest problem will be the cold weather. Many things that you can do for fun, with out spending much money, are out doors. And when you go indoors, cost money.
How long you re staying in NYC? $1,000 should be enough, just spend it wisely.Good luck
nothing if you dont mind staying in a shelter and eating in food banks.

Steve Wynn in Atlantic City? -
When they legalized gaming in Atlantic City Steve Wynn built a copy of his Golden Nugget in AC. He sold it in the late 1980 s and used some of it to expand the downtown Las Vegas location, and it formed the seed money for the Mirage casino.--------He hates AC and the regulators. He swore that he would never go back. He built the nicest casino on the Gulf coast, but at this point in life he is not going to expand beyond Macau and Las Vegas.--------His property in Vegas is big enough to easily handle another Wynn and another Encore. His liftetime goal is to finish that property so that it has 10,000 rooms and is the largest and most luxurious resort in the entire world. However, it may take another 20 years.--------AC is unlikely to expand. Pennsylvania has agreed to build casinos directly in downtown Philadelphia. The New Yorkers are going to continue to be drawn to places in Connecticut.--------Steve Wynn is not a turn-around guy. He builds brand new resorts. He turned around the Golden Nugget 40 years ago to get started, but he has not built his career on turn-arounds.---------The real turn-around guy is Carl Icahn. He has made over a billion dollars in buying properties out of bankruptcy. He has a number of casinos in AC, and Louisiana. His latest target is the bankrupt Fountainbleau in north strip.
The Atlantic City Hilton was built by Steve Wynn in 1980. It was then called the Golden Nugget after Wynn s then-casino in Las Vegas. In its time, it was the most popular casino in town. However, Wynn was frustrated with New Jersey regulators who were much more strict in keeping out the mob influence than Nevada regulators. He sold the property to Bally s who renamed it the Bally s Grand and vowed to never return to New Jersey.Atlantic City has a ton of problems. Round trip tolls from Philly are now up to $11.50 (they used to be only $4.50). The casinos used to be able to offer free parking. They got really stingy with the comps. The weekend hotel prices are ridiculously high (especially compared with Las Vegas).
Never happen. NJ is not friendly to the casinos and resorts. Why do you think it has been there so long, and never blossomed like Las Vegas.
No he is happy to develop in Vegas and Asia.
no.

Put in amount 3130 which is with bonus of $4.70 will become $36.00. After you sweipe, you could pass to person.Step 3: After you all exit Airtrain JFK, $20 will be deducted.Step 4: Line up at Station Booth downstair at Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av to use service gate. After you make contact with agent, swipe your MetroCard until turnstile near gate says, GO, rotate arms completely.. You can avoid the toll, by telling the driver to take the Queensboro Bridge instead of the Queens-Midtown Tunnel. The fare on the PATH train is $1.75 a person ($5.25 for 3 people)I hope this information is very helpful.Good luckNative New Yorker
BTW: If you can, change your flight destinatioin from JFK to Newark Liberty International. You ll be only a few miles from Hoboken, with a short PATH train ride to the Hoboken train station and downtown. The PATH train does NOT run to JFK: http://www.panynj.gov/path/
PATH train is easy and yes you can take your luggage. You do need to buy a metro card or smart card for the fare. There are machines that sell the cards by the turnstile.
Best hospital in the area? -
UCLA Regan Clinic and Cedars-Siani in Hollywood.
It really depends on what you are seeking treatment for because each hospital has specialities they excel in, as well as weaknesses. I m partial to Ronald Reagan UCLA because my mom was a physician affiliated with the hospital for years, and I think the standard of care there is excellent. It s ranked as the third best hospital in the nation, and has received special recognition for numerous specialities, and in particular neurology and cancer. Their Mattel Children s Hospital is also exceptional. Cedars Sinaii has a decent reputation, but I personally despise it because of my friend s horrific experience there. St. Johns Health Center in Santa Monica is a smaller, more intimate treatment facility that has become popular for its birthing suites.LA County Hospital- USC Medical Center is a county hospital, and in general the quality of care isn t as high. ~ Peace
It I put a deposit down for a hotel, and give them my credit card number over the phone...? -
When you book a hotel with your credit card, the hotel will not charge you until you incur an expense or charge. Most hotels will charge you a no show fee in case you don t show up or cancel your booking within 24 or 48 hours, your card would be charged under such circumstances even if you don t show up. If you show up, the hotel will charge you when you check in. Before charging the hotel would have checked if you card works.
OK, there seems to be some confusion here. Is this an actual credit card, or a debit card? If it s a debit card, a hold is put on your account for room charges, and this lasts for quite awhile. You should ask the hotel for the policy. From what you re telling me, it s a debit card that takes money directly from your account. If it s a credit card, the hotel USUALLY doesn t charge it right away. Some hotels charge a night up front when booking. Once again, ask the hotel to be sure.Ask the hotel if your debit card is charged immediately when booking, or at checkout. You can t know for sure until you find out from them. It varies from hotel to hotel.THAT is how it works, and that s why hotels don t like anyone under 21 to check in.
OK..Listen up! Your credit card just HOLDS the room for you. No charges will be on the card. Make sure you cancel the early morning arrival date or they will charge the card for one day!
