Is it a good idea to move to Chicago durring the month of June? -

In a few years, when I graduate,I plan on moving to a small town outside of Chicago, and I was wondering if this was a good time to go.

Better than the winter thats for sure lol. It gets hot in the summer time yeah but better dealing with the sun than several feet on snow. Yeah June is a fine time. Plus when you get settled in you ll enjoy the Chi-Town hot spots at its best. ENJOY

Does any one know what the amount of ssd and ssi benifits are in the state of colorado? -

my husband and i are thinking about moveing, we currently live in az and we know the benifit amount changes state to state. can any 1 shed some light?

Some states give additional benefits at supplement the SSI but I don t know if Colorado is one of them. What you need to keep in mind is the cost of living. For instance, factor in a minimum of an additional $100 a month in heating costs. You will get the same amount of money, but is may not go as far, depending on where you live.

It depends on your disability. I work in home health care. I ve had clients tell me how much they make on S.S.I. / S.S.D.I. ~ it varies from $495 to $975 a month.

its going to depend on how much you have paid into the system, my disability payment stayed the same when i moved from Texas to Pa.

SSI SSD benefits are Federal. It doesn t change from state to state.
