It is well beyond the reach of subways. What you would need to do is to get to the Jamaica bus terminal. Many buses will take you there like the Q20, A or B,the Q44 or the Q65 to name a few.Then you would have to get the Nassau bus, either the 22 or the 24. Be prepared for a long ride.
