Memorable New Years Eve parties in NYC? -

I am visiting New York City with some of my close girls. We are looking forward to a memorable, unforgettable, new years together. But with all the New Years parties floating all over the net, I have no idea where to go, and where to look. Any help please? Me and my friends are between 19-26 yrs old. I am trying to avoid the hip hop/rap scene, and bars. Ideally we wanted to find raves, warehouse parties, double floored spaces but we are just looking for a party that will not disappoint. And it is very hard with all the events happening and not being familiar with the events and places. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

House music is the best!!! Webster Hall and Eden Downtown will be 2 great new years parties this year, it sounds like you would enjoy it!http://newyearsplans.com/nyc-webster-halhttp://newyearsplans.com/nyc-eden.html

Going from Asbury Park to Jersey City(NJ)? need help? -

well...i need to go from asbury park to jersey city...i most likely am taking the train...well what i need to know is where do i get off from asbury park to switch; i know i need to go to Newark and take the PATH train...but how to get there; also estimated prices would be nice [for the whole trip];; thanks in advance

You can get a direct train to Hoboken during the week, then walk over to the HBLR. The 7:07 AM, the 7:34 AM and the 2:32 PM are direct via the waterfront conection. normal circumstances require two transfers, one at Long Branch and one at newark to path or SEC to Hoboken

You can take NJ Transit s North Jersey Coast Line from Asbury Park directly to Hoboken. Once in Hoboken, you have two options. You can either take the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail or the PATH train to Jersey City. The one way fare on NJT from Asbury Park to JC will cost you $12 ($24 round trip) and the fare on Hudson-Bergen LR will cost you $1.90 each way ($3.80 round trip). If you re taking the PATH, the fare is $1.75 each way ($3.50 round trip).I hope this information is very helpful.Good luck

Anyone know a shortcut between LA and Vegas avoiding I-15? -

No i 15 is the best way to go, I know it sucks but it would be way to long to go I40 to Kingman, or I10 to Blythe and then up. Suck it up and go I15 i ve done it on thanksgiving a couple of years ago it is bad sorry.

I-15 is the way to go... there is no way that is more direct, or any faster. The only exception might be IF there were a huge traffic problem... then you can take I-40 to Needles area, then 95 up to Vegas. But that adds 100 miles to the trip, and should only be used if I-15 is blocked for some reason.

A dune buggy? You couldn t go in much straighter a line than I-15.A back-way would be going around Blythe way.

Helicopter or small plane.
