Cash or debit card--no credit cards used as credit cards. There s a BankOh (Bank of Hawaii) ATM right past the cash registers, with the usual fee for cards from other banks.
umm, with money? hawaii doesn t use seashell currency any more, you know. :)
You probably meant Oahu to Kauai ... last time I traveled there were only two interisland airlines that offered the route, and that was Hawaiian Airlines and Go! Airlines.I have flown both Hawaiian and Go, and while Go definitely saved me with last minute travel snafus, I have found Hawaiian to be more user-friendly.As for cost, I think you can fly one-way for about $55 before fees/taxes. Sometimes it s cheaper but I think since it s the holiday season, rates are now higher.
It s Kauai, not kuaii. There is only one way to island-hop (unless you plan to swim), and that s to fly. There are three airlines that fly interisland:http://www.hawaiianair.com/Pages/Index.ahttp://iflygo.com/http://mokuleleairlines.com/One-way fares usually start around $39.
Go/Mokulele Airlines, google it and check their website for prices.
