Im 13, flying alone, and need help. (ATL).? -

I m flying alone soon, not as an unaccompanied minor on Air Tran, It arrives at 7:43 AM, at ATL, where i have a connecting flight. 0:37 minutes to get to my new gate. If it s in a different terminal, should I take the tram? Depending on time? Or should i just walk? Even if i have to wait for the tram, will it still be faster? Any tips? If it s in a different terminal? I can t miss these flights, I need help to help make sure everything goes fine. Who can I ask for help? Will the flight attendent tell us when we land in ATL, For those of you connecting to DFW, your gate will be ex, (C19). Will they tell me this? I can look on my ticket as well, but what if they don t, and something goes wrong like a gate change? I ve flown into ATL a couple of times. I need help with the tram system, where it s located, and if it s convenient to use? Located well? Sorry to ask so many questions, I m just a little worried. I have had expierence flying, that s not my problem, it s my 0:37 minute connecting flight in ATL.

The Atlanta airport can be a hectic and terrifying place, but all you have to do is keep calm. Take the train because the wait is usually no more than about half a minute and it covers a lot of distance. I tried racing some people riding it once to no avail even at my fastest run and moving sidewalks. Anyway, also expect flight delays. Atlanta s airport tends to mess up everyone s fun by having ridiculous and seeming random delays and issues. This airport is huge and has to deal with a lot of airplanes, but you would hope that they would give you a break... anyway, if your flight does get delayed, the pilot will have an announcement and you will meet up with some fancy representative of Airtran at the arrival gate who will explain how messed up the flight schedule is. Things tend to work out alright though. Good luck.

That s likely to be too short a time to get from one gate to another, especially in Atlanta, unless they re very close to each other. And, you WILL be flying as an unaccompanied minor and will have to pay an extra fee. The airline will not let you board without an adult. The flight attendants will take care of getting you to your gate.

DO NOT WALK to another terminal 37 minutes is a little on hte short side. Ask the stewardess on your first flight if she cab check about the second flight. Try to get a seat in the front of the first plane so you can out faster

37 minutes is a very short connection time especially for ATL, if you do have to switch terminals defiantly take the tram, they come every minute.

Is this actually written by a 13 year old? Doesn t sound like it .....But anyway: it behooves you to have your parents check you as an accompanied minor. Yes, it will cost $59 with the connecting flight - but then you have the guarantee that an Air Tran rep will make sure you re taken care of -- which seems pretty important for a young teen catching a connecting flight. Frankly, with typical flight and landing delays, 38 minutes to catch a second plane, seems unreasonable. What will you do if you miss the flight? I would re-think this itinerary and if not, I would talk to an airline rep to see what they think about your arrangements.

What is the weather like at Pismo Beach, California in December? -

Im going to Pismo Beach December 21st thru December 28th. Also, what are some good restaurants and places to go?

The weather is usually lovely that time of year. It s usually around 65 degrees in the daytime. Be prepared for rain or sun. I ve been there in December and January and had mostly sunny weather. Sometimes it got into the 70 s F. Be sure to take a drive to San Simeon to tour Hearst Castle. It is magnificent and the drive on the PCH is like heaven on earth. Kayaking is plenty of fun. In nearby Oceano, they have fun Hummer Dunes tours. Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes is a great place to explore. They have interesting hiking tours and a nature center with a gift shop. It is located in nearby Guadalupe. For restaurants, I recommend Cracked Crab which has excellent seafood. Hoagie s Sandwhiches and Grill has good sandwhiches, fish and chips, tacos, and much more. Del s Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant has delicious Italian food. Pizza and lasagna are the best foods to order. These restaurants are all located right in Pismo Beach.Prime Outlets in Pismo Beach is the place to shop. They have everything from Calvin Klein to Izod, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and Styles for Less.

Whats the best Orlando theme park to take a 20 month old? -

I live in FL and my neice will be visiting me. I know this is a young age, but she is into Mickey Mouse and Sea World may also be fun for her. Anyone have experience with small kids at these parks and what they enjoyed? I m not worried about the cost - just want to make sure it s enjoyable and nor overwhelming.

magic kingdom definitely has the most for her to do. she can go on everything besides space mountain, splash mountain, thunder mountain, and stitches great escape. so just some of the things she CAN do are:-carousel of progress-tomorrowland transit authority-monsters inc laughing floor-buzz lightyear space ranger spin-haunted mansion-its a small world-peter pan s flight-winnie the pooh-snow white s scary adventure-mickey s philharmagic-jungle cruise-enchanted tiki room-pirates of the caribbean -meet mickey and minnie-meet the princesses-meet the fairies-watch parades-watch fireworksand there is still more!last time we went (august 2009) we took my 16 month old niece for the first time and she LOVED magic kingdom. she would sing and dance on the rides and in the shows. her favorite ride at magic kingdom was pirates of the caribbean. you wouldn t think she d like it at all cuz it has a small drop and its dark and cannons are going off but she was just happy as a clam on that ride. she went on it several times. after we got off the first time she grabbed a stuffed dog with keys in its mouth and wouldn t let go until we bought it for her.your niece will have a great time!

You need to go to the Magic Kingdom to Fantasyland. You can take her on the Carosel, flyingdumbos, It s a Small World, Peter Pan and several others. If you go closer to late afternoon, early evening, there will be shorter lines. There is also a childrens playground. I believe it is also in the Magic Kingdom. Make sure to bring a stroller or rent one. Also, you didn t mention when you were going so if it is between April and Sept, bring raincoats! You should also get some kid sunglasses. My son used them with no problem. One more thing, in case you are not aware, you can get Florida Resident pricing (at 20 months, your neice will be free).Have fun!!

My toddler enjoys all the rides at Magic Kingdom, plus the rides, shows and animal exhibits at Sea World. Both parks are great for small children. If you are only taking her to one though, I would go with Magic Kingdom.

My little brother is 20 months old! He really likes everything at Disney, mainly Magic Kingdom. He likes the Pooh ride, Dumbo, It s A Small World and basically everything in Fantasyland.

Research darlin.

there is local little parks for children and babys like hotspot are something like thati ve seen many but dont remember the names.

I visited DC a few weeks ago and met a very nice man selling handmade furniture and cutting boards. I don t know if vendors are always in the same place, but he was on the end right across from a mexican place and a convenience store (not in the fenced-in area). I ve tried to find information online, but haven t had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Know exactly whom you are speaking about ... but as you said, the Flea Market at Eastern Market website does not list him among the featured artisans. You may wish to contact the organizers and ask your question:Tom Rall1101 N. Kentucky StreetArlington VA 22205703-534-7612email: marketflea@aol.com
