Where can a 19 lesbain go to see in NYC? -

I m wondering if there are any GLBT hangouts in NYC that I can check out.Since I m only 19 I know that really limits my nightclub fun.Son anywhere Else? Also any places I should just check out? I m only going to be there for a month....

Where can I go to feed the homeless in San Diego, CA for the Christmas Holiday? -

In a knee jerk reaction I would have said St. Vincent De Paul in downtown SD. The more I think about it I think it would be easier and cheaper to either give food gift cards or simply give Jack in the Box tacos. They are 2 for a buck. Either way, simply by asking, God will point your heart in the right direction. You will make a good run. I get torn about these things too at this time of year.

The most known place is Father Joe Carol s in downtown. Of course you need to do what makes you feel good but, the first place you may want to try to volunteer at is The Polinski Children s Center.These are kids that are living away from home due to any number of reasons and I am sure they would love to see friendly faces during this very tough time in their life.In my opinion, if you decide to feed the homeless, you will be feeding many of them that can feed themselves if they wanted to work for a living.No matter, welcome to San Diego, also called America s Finest City.

Just go to Balboa Park or Ocean Beach by the pier and give people bags of prepared food. Sandwiches, tacos, juice boxes, soda pop or if you wanna be really nice, cheap cans of beer. I know a few squatters in San Diego who hang out on University Ave, they are very nice people down on their luck and would really appreciate it.
