Late fees for Animal quarantine in Hawaii? -

I was supposed to pick up my pet today, the 10th, but do to an emergency I m not going to be able to pay the remaining money until this Friday, the 14th. I was wondering if anyone knew how much they charge each day for late fee s, or if it goes by month or week?Thank you in advance

State cutbacks probably are affecting work hours here too. When I went to pick up my dogs, I recall it was an off month so they pro-rated the monthly cost. But that was several years ago. Keep calling or take a run down to the site.
