There is even talk of demolishing the structure just like the near by United State Pavilion, which is today the site of the National Tennis Center. There s been talk for years to turn the tent into a museum dedicated to aviation. However, the Queens Museum of Art, which owns the structure, currently has no plans to convert the building into an aviation museum or relinquish the building for such use. How can I get from Dulles airport to N.E. DC? -

Please! Getting desperate here. I leave Louisville Monday and cannot figure out how to get from Dulles airport to Red Line Brookland CUA Metro Station.If you have actually done this and know for sure how to do this I will be so grateful.

This is a fairly simple trip. Metro also has help available at all stations, so you ll find your way easily.Take bus 5A heading towards L Enfant Plaza. Exit at Rosslyn Metro Station.From Rosslyn Metro, take a Blue Line train heading towards Largo Town Center. Exit at Metro Center.From Metro Center, take a Red Line train heading towards Glenmont. Exit at Brookland Metro Station.Total travel time should be about 90 minutes.

I was at Dulles and went in to DC from the airport. Took the Washington Flyer bus - that takes you to a Metro station and you can pretty easily navigate the Metro from there to get to the station you need.
