come on. what is wrong and what is your dislike there. this is paradise. i lve here. this is the address of the world. never bash my city and my love.
This is the area just north of the strip where the 95 and 15 highways meet. Older part of town, more affordable, but not most desirable. It s not horrible, but it s questionable. There are actually new areas in that zip code, so if you are close to the college, and in a newer apartment community, you should be ok. It s really never safe to wander the streets in this town at night by yourself, no matter what zip code you live in. This is a big city with dangerous criminal activity....remember people are gambling, broke, unemployed, homeless, drunk, etc. Come to think of it, if you aren t already here, why are you moving here?
If our talking about Alpine Village apartments on Brush, i wouldn t care to live there. I work with a fewpeople that live over there, some don t mind it because they can walk to work. And Wal-mart and a number of stores are with in walking, as CVS a few banks and fast food places.one co/worker had her car broken in too, another said it s loud and theirs always unruly kids hanging about. Lot of riff-raff going in and out, i work across the road and have seen some of the people coming and going. I have seen the police over there due to fights, drug activity and seen 2 stand offs with the swak team......St.Croix apartments up on Silverstream (same zip code) aren t bad.
Not the best area of town. This is known as west Las Vegas which has a so so reputation, Rule of thumb is the further from the strip the better the area. You will find pockets of nice developements even in the not so good areas.
You are behind the Arizona Charlies Decatur casino. I think it is a reasonable neighborhood. The mall with the AZ charlies has a lot of empty storefronts.
Pretty nice, sometimes kind of rowdy people though.
It is okay. Not the best area... not the worst. I personally wouldn t live there.
There is nothing wrong with that area. I worked in the next zip code
