You should try Abercrombie and Fitch. The 5th avenue one is always really busy so find the one down at south street sea port(Its right beside the port). You could also try Chinatown for a knock-off designer bag. There cheap and really good quality you can hardly tell there fake!

Abercrombie and Fitch clothes, Holister, American Eagle clothes, Hello Kitty shop at Times Square, Yankees stuff... Everything has NYC logo on it. Hello Kitty is always teen girl s favorite.MoMA museum shop is a lot of great stuff.

Where are great places to go in New York, New York? -

Im going to New york on the Dec. 16th to Dec. 20th with my Boyfriend so ill be there on the weekend YAY...but im just wondering if anyone knows of some cool places to go besides sight seeing.. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, clubs?? or any other ideas

Go visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, two landmarks of New York City. To get there by the ferry, you need to purchase round-trip ferry tickets at Castle Clinton National Monument in Lower Manhattan. Ferries from New York operate on a loop, stopping first at Liberty Island and then at Ellis Island before returning to Battery Park, New York.Directions to get the ferry dock:http://www.nps.gov/stli/planyourvisit/puGo visit the Empire State Building, one of the many landmarks of our city. It is located at 350 5th Avenue. To get there by MTA subway, take the 1, 2, or 3 (Seventh Avenue Lines), A, C or E (Eighth Avenue Subway) to 34th Street/Penn Station. Or take the B, D, F, N, Q, R or Path to 34th Street/Avenue of the Americas.Go walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, which is, if I m correct, which I might not be, is the oldest structure in the city. If not the oldest structure, the oldest bridge. To get there, and walk across it, take the 4, 5, or 6 to the Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall stop. Another option would be to take the J, M, or Z to Chambers Street.Go visit Coney Island, the home of the world famous Cyclone roller coaster. The amusement park will be closed, especially in the winter time, but the aquarium is open year-round, and sometimes the pier is open, so you can get some snacks -- they have fantastic corn dogs on the pier. To get there by train, take the D, Q N or F train to Stillwell Avenue, which is the last stop. This takes about 45 minutes from midtown Manhattan, and sometimes longer, depending on where you are coming from.Go for a ride on the Circle Line. There are numerous different cruises C one is the Full Island Cruise, which takes you around Manhattan on a three-hour cruise. The Semi-Circle Cruise sets sail on a two-hour cruise down the Hudson offering a stunning panoramic of the famed New York skyline and a close-up view of Lady Liberty. The Liberty Cruise turns 75-minutes into a quick and inspirational way to see New Yorks highlights from the water. There is also a Harbor Lights Evening Cruise, which allows you to view the hotspots of New York City from the water at night. Then, there is The Beast. Its a boat that travels at forty-five miles per hour down the river to the Statue of Liberty. Both cruises are fun and informational, and are a great way to kill some time if you dont have anything to do.Here is the Circle Line schedule:http://www.circleline42.com/site/schedulCircle Line special events:http://www.circleline42.com/site/browse.Go to visit some museums. There are so many, that listing directions to all of them would be a waste of your time and my time, so instead, I will give you a list where there is a list of all the museums of New York City. You can pick some that sound interesting, and then you can find directions to that place, either from the website, or from Google, simply by typing in directions to and insert the museum you would like to go to beside it. What are some fun things to do in hollywood? -

im renting a limo and me and my 3 friends are going to hollywood for my 13th b-day! and we want something to do down there that s fun?

Hollywood is really dirty. It s a big tourist trap. There are more interesting places to be in L.A than Hollywood, unless you want a transvestite prostitute, a plastic emmy or to meet Janice Dickinson, but I reiterate and digress. Try visiting the La Brea Tar Pits, which is exactly two miles south of Hollywood. Then eat at Canter s deli. Or Merkato Ethiopian Restaurant.

the first answer is correct.. hollywierd like los angeles is nothing more than tinsel on a dead christmas tree.

Go stalk some celebs. That should be fun.

Would they accept an ISIC (International student identity card) card to get into clubs? -

I m a foreigner in the US and not really keen on carrying my passport around, especially to clubs where it might easily get stolen. I don t have a driver s license so my best option is to bring my ISIC card. I m considering also carrying a photocopy of my passport as a backup. Would that be enough you think?

No i am sorry you cannot have access to clubs by using your international student card as it does not come into the valid form of identification such as state ID and drivers license so i would suggest while trying to gain access to any clubs or places which requires identification to access the place you need to carry your passport with you all the times for that and no photocopy of anything won t simply work so the best choice for you is that do not rely on anything else much as your most valid form of identification which is your passport.

When amp; Where in Chicago can I see the Leonid Meteor Shower Tonight? -

I live in the city, and I would like to see the Leonid Meteor Shower tonight, Monday the 16th. Around what time will I be able to see the shower? And I know I have to get away from the city, I hear I should head up North, any suggestions? Thanks!

The Leonid Shower peaks tomorrow afternoon 11/17, at 3:45 PM CST. Meteors will still be showering overhead for hours and it is advised to check them out between 2 AM and 4 AM. Get a blanket and lay down to look straight up:http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/http://www.cnn.com/2009/TECH/space/11/16You ll also need an umbrella and you will not see it because of ambient light and rain with clouds that is predicted:http://www.weather.com/outlook/recreatiohttp://www.weather.com/outlook/recreatioTo the south in Terre Haute, IN or Joliet, IL you will also have clouds plus rain.Going west to Aurora, Il isn t much better although there s a window predicted between midnight and 1 AMIf you head north to Kenosha, WI. you ll find the same rain and clouds.

i think a bet chance of catching them would be on the 17th, at 21:40 gmt or 3:30am to 5:30 am EST. u might see upto 15 shooting stars in an hours. be ready with your wishes :)
