Orlandoo! disney and universall help!? -

Okay i am going to Epcot in disney and Islands of adventure in Universal Studios. I am SOOO into scary rides. what time of day are lines shortest and about how long are they on those dates

Lines are usually shortest either early in the day or later at night. At Epcot I recommend you arrive in the mid-day or early afternoon and start at Future World which is the front section of the park and get Fastpasses for Test Track and Soarin , then you can do all the classic rides like Living with the Land, Figment, Spaceship Earth, and Honey I Shrunk the Audience, then in the afternoon work your way into the World Showcase (back section of park) so you can see all the countries, various rides, and shows. Later in the evening the lines are usually short for Mission Space if you want to go back to that area of the park. Plan to end back at the World Showcase so you can see the night time firework show Illuminations on the lake which is a must-see.

We try to get to Universal and Disney for 9am to avoid the queues. We start at The Hulk at the entrance of Islands of Adventure and then head over to Dueling Dragons which is my favourite ride in Orlando. Hope you get on though as it is meant to be getting repainted as it is transforming into a Harry Potter ride. Go front row if you can, definitely worth waiting an extra 20 mins it is awesome. There are info boards all over Universal to advise re wait times for rides. I like to go in October and waiting times 5-20 mins. If you going over Xmas might be worth paying for the express plus ticket to skip the queues. The Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit in Universal Studios is the best ride in the park. Vertical lift hill bit scary but after a few goes I loved it and front row was best. You can get on this one much quicker if you go on the single rider queue. There isn t an express line for this ride so probably not worth paying extra for express plus ticket if you planning to spend whole day in this park. The ride kept having tech difficulties when I was there a few months ago, frustrating when we waited 40 mins in queue, went to guest services who gave us express vouchers so we could get on 2 rides without the wait. You will be able to get fast passes (for free) at EPCOT to go on Mission Space and Test Track. If you into scary rides you should visit SeaWorld, the new Manta ride is intense and Kracken is brilliant.Check out this site for ride reviews and videoshttp://orlandorollercoaster.com/Have fun:)

You re best bet would to get their early, right when the doors open or go close to closing time. Midday is the busiest, also summer time and christmas time are busy times of the year to go. Have fun! Oh, and make sure you go on The Hulk and Jurassic Park River Adventure!

Where is a good place in chicago to go get a good cup of coffee and a donut every day? -

i moved here 2 weeks ago and i take the sub way every day where a good place for a good cup of coffee and donut every day

Double D (Dunkin Donuts) serves a great cup of coffee and a good assortment of breakfast items. They are all over, reasonably priced (as opposed to Starbucks) and clean.______________________On August 11, 2006, White Hen Pantry, Inc. was purchased by 7-Eleven convenience stores in the United States. In July 2007, some White Hen stores began to be converted to 7-Eleven stores. Eventually, the White Hen name will disappear from the converted stores, being replaced with the 7-Eleven branding.

I used to love 7-eleven. I would have rather had dunkin donuts...but 7-eleven was closer to my job, I would get my coffee and donut, or apple fritter, and if you go in there long enough, like I did they wont even charge you for the coffee anymore. Same with d D..I d go in there, and get the same thing every morning, and The manager just stopped chargin me for my coffee.

I would say MJ S is right about Dunkin Donuts as those are all over the place. If you can list a specific neighborhood, intersection, or train stop we might be able to give you more local choices.

Seattle or Porland Zoo...which do you recommend? -

Which is a bigger and better zoo to visit: Woodland Zoo in Seattle or Oregon Zoo in Portland? We ll be going through both areas within the week. I d appreciate any insite from those who have been to both. Thanks!

I m likely biased, but I think the Oregon Zoo is superior. The Oregon Zoo s habitats are considerably more naturalWoodland Park Zoo has rows of caged animals in some areas.I rounded up some numbers for comparison.winter hoursOregon Zoo: open 9 am to 4 pmWoodland Park: 9:30 am to 4 pmwinter adult admissionOregon Zoo: $10.50Woodland Park: $11number of animals and number of speciesOregon Zoo: 2,200 and 260Woodland Park: 1,098 and 300openedOregon Zoo: 1887, oldest west of Mississippi RiverWoodland Park: 1902annual visitorsOregon Zoo: 1,600,000Woodland Park: 1,050,000surrounding attractionsOregon Zoo: Children s Museum, Japanese Garden, Hoyt Arboretum, Vietnam Vets Memorial, International Rose Test GardensWoodland Park: Green Lakemass transitOregon Zoo: one bus line, and a notable MAX station at front doorWoodland Park: maybe a bus line?
