Approx 25 miles, depending on where you re starting in Panorama City, and where you re ending in Pasadena. It can take about 15 minutes to get from the west end to the east end of Pasadena depending on traffic. So figure half an hour, to an hour in traffic, to go from Panorama City to Pasadena.
please note you have placed this question in the wrong formboth those cities are in los angeles countyyou might get better answers therenow how do you want to get to thereby car? train? or bus?
I would put this under Science Mathematics Earth Sciences Geology as this is for US travel.
When America gained its independence from Great Britain, our leaders tried to do as much as possible to be different from the British. Since the British drove on the left, we started driving on the right.Although it can t be proven, the story goes that Napoleon changed Europe to the right side. Most countries have changed to conform to their bordering countries.66% of the people in the world live in right driving countries while 34% live in left driving countries.
I did,nt know that most European countries drove on the left, i thought it was only the UK....Has,nt it got something to do with the Commonwealth or ex-Commonwealth countries? The idea of driving on the left originated during the war against Napoleon: allied soldiers marching on the left hand side of the road would be better placed when attacking/defending the French enemy coming from the right??
because back when the Romans ruled, and they invented roads. Road lanes are wide enough for 2horses side by each to run. which is why cars are the size they are today, to pit on the roads. roman roads where right side of the road because it makes more sence to swing a sword (for a right handed person) and some one you were riding by on your left. because having a cross swing like that also offers protection.
you know idk but i think its because a lot more people are right handed so everything is in easier reach...ergonomics at its best.... plus because people are right handed they are more inclined to do things on their right side like a right of way i guess :)
Because it s the right side of the road. That s why. lol ;)Edit: Aww I was only tryin to be funny Mr. thumbs down...why u gotta hate.
Cause we like to be different.Originality FTW!

idk O_o
to keep from having a wreck
i m a Malaysian and we also drive on the left. i believe the reason Americans, and other countries such as Germany and Spain, drive on the right because by default their cars is left hand drive, instead of right hand drive like our cars. by driving on the right, drivers can see out of their left window for incoming traffics. its easier and safer that way.for experiment, try sitting on the left side of your car and imagine driving it on your normal roads. it will be hard right? ;-)
American s are lame.
