What and Where is that glass room thing in new york city that you can go out on to and overlook the whole city from? Its like coming off the side of a building and it makes you feel like you are going to fall. I saw it on the news once but I cannot remember the name, and I am going to the city tomorrow and I really want to go to it. So please help me figure out where it is. Thanks!
