Isnt it illegal for quot; The Naked Cowboyquot; to stand in public like that? -

In our state i believe he would be arrested for indecent exposure .

Not at all. Today completes 109 days straight The Naked Cowboy is in Times Square since his last Cincinnati trip.He s now going on a 4 day vacation so you won t see him for a while.

He isn t actually naked, although he may be kinda chilly. He wears white briefs, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat.

He s not actually naked. He wears underwear and doesn t expose any more flesh than you d see at a public beach or swimming pool.

It may be illegal, but he a major New York attraction and the cops have big fish to catch.Good luck

No, as a matter of fact, you can walk around New York dressed exactly the same way. New York has Top Free Equality .

Not really. I mean there was a time he was REALLY naked. THAT was illegal.

He isn t actually naked. He wears shorts that show no more than one would see at Jones Beach.

Lol i know.

Can you play Roulette by simply betting on either red or black? I know so little about this game.? -

Any advice and or rules for it , would be appreciated. I see on movies people betting on either red or black, but that seems just too easy !!!! Is that really all theres to it? I know about the green and double green and about betting on numbers. But that 49% chance of doubling your money just seems too good to be true?

Most casinos won t let you bet on red and black at the same time. They assume that you are trying to waste time to get free drinks.---------------The odds are not 49% since 0 and 00 are colored green. That means 2 out of 38 times you will lose, so the house edge is over 5.26%. The Roulette bets that pay 1:1 or 2:1 are not very sensible. It is better to play line bets in craps. Roulette should be played only for 4:1, 6:1, 9:1, 12:1, and 36:1 bets.--------------If you are playing bets that pay less than 4:1 then craps is the better game (with a much lower house edge). Roulette has essentially the same house edge all the time. So why waste it on even pays. Just go for the big win. --------------Craps has different house edges for every bet. But for bets that have a payout of 4:1 up to the maximum craps payout of 33:1 the house edge is much higher than 5.26% on roulette. If you take enough free odds in craps, the house edge is lower than perfect play in blackjack (for some multideck games) and you don t have to remember as much.

Sure can look at the board there is a place for red or black you can also play four corners of a number or half of a number or half red and half black but that is like not even betting and kind of defeats the purpose of the bet but there are people who do it... Hello silly! Those people make me laugh they must be first timers...I do not gamble anymore I loved to bet on my mother in laws birthday and her age at the time that I learned to play that age was 72 I won a lot on it played 24 on the half a lot 5 on all 4 corners and number 1 we won a lot on different tables using those numbers in different combinations either all on or half on or four corners but yes red and black are things you can bet. I used to love the game but not a good gamble really lots of people lose their bums on the game! Trust me on this!

Yes, you can, but there is usually a minimum you have to play on those. Like at $1 tables, the minimum on black or red is usually $5. You have a 50/50 chance betting on red or black, but pay out isn t great. You double up or lose it all. If you hit a number, the payout is like 38 to 1...so if you only played one dollar on the number...you just came up $38.

But that 49% chance of doubling your money just seems too good to be trueIf everyone in the world did it... the casinos would make a ton of money. Therefore it is allowed. Casinos look from the stance: we are more then likely to make money per person, thus if we attract enough people to do it, we ll make money. Hope that helps,MacklerNote: The actual best odds are in craps, which the house has about a 1.4 ish advantage. The odds are even lower then that for roulette.

Actually it s a 47.36842% chance of paying off since 0 and 00 are colorless...advantage to the house. You can also play evens or odds, 1 18 or 19 36 to split the table (low-high) with the same 1:1 payoff.See the layout payoff chart below:http://www.ildado.com/roulette_table_lay

Go with your gut feeling on a number as you approach the wheel...many times I would have won if I bet that way. I usually bet 20, split 20/17, 32, 8, 11. Playing this game you don t have to worry what others think when you play blackjack.

The green is betting the house wins. You can play red and black at any time, or columns, or group of four numbers placing on the corner of all four, or a single number, etc.

Yes, you can play any single bet you want to. However you must bet the table minimum (just like blackjack, craps or any table game). If the minimum is $5.00 you must bet $5.00 on either red or black).Good Luck!

I have played it once and from what I can remember, yes, you bet on red or black.Russian Roulette, ow that s different.

Yes, You can, no problem!!:-)

What are the street cleaning days/times for Beachwood Drive in Los Angeles? -

When is prohibited to park on this street, on one side or the other?

you should see the no parking signs posted for the days and hours. ahhh just another way to generate revenue.... even if the streets aren t cleaned that day, the parking gestapo are out in force with their little ticket books and pens. and they think they are actually contributing to society. ok i ll get off my soap box now

Which section of Beachwood Drive? It runs for about 10 miles! It obviously can t be the same day and time for all sections!WoE is a bit bitter, but 100% right. Just read the signs before parking. For example, on North Beachwood just north of Franklin, the east side of the street has no parking Wednesdays 10 AM to noon, and the west side is Tuesdays 10 AM to noon. But I don t know which section you need.BTW, I found out just by going to Google maps and using street view. It saved me a 40 mile drive.

If I am staying downtown Chicago at the Sheraton, what is the best way to get to Wrigley? -

Is the train safe? Also, it looks like I may have to take the bus to the closest station.

in that neighborhood the subway is very safe, if you are staying at the fourpoints sheridan go west to state street then south to grand, short walk only like three blocks, that subway entrance is under construction but open, make sure you go down the escalator or stairs for NORTHBOUND HOWARD, if you re staying at the towers on northwater go west, cross columbus drive walk thru cityfront plaza continue thru pioneer court then walk north on michigan avenue to grand, go west to the same subway entrance, I was just there couple days ago and pretty sure all four stairs were open, take northbound howard six stops up to addison, practically in wrigley field

From the Sheraton, the easiest way is to walk directly west to State St and take the Red Line subway train north to Howard St. State Street is a couple blocks wast of the Sheraton and is an easy walk. Subway entrances are located at State Grand on each side of the street. Exit the Red Line train at Addison. You ll actually see the park from the train and station as the tracks are above ground at that point. The fare each way is $2.25.

I don t think you would need a bus to get to Randolph Wabash. It s up the stairs to the Brown Line. Take that to either Fullerton or Belmont where you transfer (it s on the same platform) to the Red Line. It s only one more stop after Belmont so be ready to exit right away.

Take the Michigan Ave. bus to the Lincoln Park terminal transfer to the Clark Bus go to Addison drop you off right in front where you need to go. L.B.J.

Are there any Jogging clubs or Daily Morning Exercise Clubs in Downtown Seattle or University District ? -
