Where can I find a map of Idaho, 1mile = 1 mile scale (folded please)? -

1 mile is 1 mile? thats gonna be a biiiiiiig map. no wonder you want it folded!

Try your local AAA (Automobile Association of America) office. You might have to pay a small fee for it if you are not a member. If you live in Idaho, your local Chamber of Commerce may have something like that.I don t think you want 1 mile = 1 mile scale unless you want your map to be as big as the state of Idaho.

USGS 15 minute-series topographical contour maps work out to about 1 =1mile

Is it more hard finding a job in hawaii or in las vegas? -

I know everywhere its hard finding a job, but im just wondering where the low cost of living is a best place to go. Im from hawaii, and I wanna move to the mainland. I have personal reasons, but I dont know if I should sell or ship my car. Plus Its a whole lot cheaper living up there then in Hawaii.

A friend of mine moved back to Las Vegas a couple weeks ago after living in Southern California for a few years. The job market in Vegas is better than Southern California, because of the tourism industry there. It s also a lot lower cost of living. So, I would imagine it would be that much better than the job market and cost of living in Hawaii. And, it would depend on how much your car was worth versus how much you owe on it (if anything) as to whether you should ship or sell it. If you owe money on it, you might not get enough to pay it off. You would also have to have some kind of alternate transportation (rent a car or public transportation) until you got a new one. But, it would cost more than $1000 to ship it just to the west coast (LA or San Diego).

you d think hawaii?

I will be in NYC on Friday, November 27. -SO EXCITED-About 2 years ago I came across the August Rush premiere at Ziegfeld theatre, and met the cast, it was a great experience. The people there knew came knowing what was there but I just came across it. How can I find out if there is anything similar going on?Also, is there anything exciting going on then?Thank you, I always award a best answer!

It s gonna be Thanksgiving weekend, so a lot of people will be flooding the Jersey malls buying everything in sight on that day. I live in a suburb outside of the city, and I am thankful that I won t have to go into the city that day.

What is the best quot;boat ride tourquot; in Orlando and Miami areas? -

I would like to see wild animals and Celebrtity houses! Is it necessary to book in advance or its ok to go there directly book.Thank you!

I ve visited both areas and you ll find plenty of excellent boat tours in Miami. Some cover the Miami area, while others go to the Everglades. The Go Miami Tour on Biscayne Bay is a good one. It s very scenic and will see some celebrity homes. It s always best to make a reservation in advance to make sure you have a seat. The tour is 1 1/2 hours long and has many departure times to choose from. Tour guides are informative and can answer all of your questions. Here are some links for more information:http://gomiami.about.com/od/guidedtours/http://www.miamitours.us/tours/tourType.http://www.partner.viator.com/en/2511/Mihttp://airboatusa.comhttp://www.gotobus.com/cs/c1178/boatrideOrlando isn t known for boating tours and sightseeing cruises. There is a tour company that does airboat rides in the Orlando area. They are called Boggy Creek Airboats. Here is the link:http://www.bcairboats.com

Best Miami Boat Ride Tour with Celebrity Homes is out of Bayside Marketplace and you do not need a reservation, you can buy your ticket at the booth. However this is about a 1-1/2 hour boat ride with lots of people onboard. If you are looking for something a bit more private and luxurious, try chartering a yacht. My recommendation would be Yacht Charters in Miami. They offer several yachts with affordable prices, some even include jet ski. Check them out online!

Chula Vista an option? -

I am a 22 year old woman who will be moving to CA from NY in June. I had a friend who lived in the Woodlawn West Apartments in Chula Vista. The apartment is $795 a month with a month to month lease and is already furnished. From the pictures it looks nice. I was looking for something already furnished because although I have only visit San Diego 3x I have never lived. Does anyone know about the area or the apartments? And btw, my younger sisters (13 and 10) will be spending the month with me so any suggestions on what I can do with them, or how far I would be from the actual San Diego area?

Moving from Alexandria Va to Richmond Va.? -

Please can someone let me know, what neighborhoods are safe, and what are the best county s. Currently im looking for an apartment to live in. I just want to make sure i dont end up living in a bad neighboorhood.

What are you looking for in a neighborhood? How much do you have to spend? If you are looking at moving into the City of Richmond, there are several new high rise apartments near Shockoe Bottom. (Main Street/Cary Street near 14 th street.) A lot of college students live in the Fan and Carytown area. There is a very nice apartment complex just outside of Stoney Point Fasion Park, which is south of the James River and has easy access north and south. Richmond is bordered by Henrico County on the north and Chesterfield County to the south. The west end of Henrico County is very nice and has hundreds of apartment complexes for rent. The further west you go (towards where Broad Street crosses I-64) the better it is... and the more expensive. Chesterfield has a lot of really nice places. The apartment complexes near the city are kind of rough. The further away from the city you go, the nicer they are. Is there one magic apartment complex I can suggest to you? Not really. There are so many options and I don t know what you are looking for. For the most part, if the area looks skeevy, it is skeevy. Good luck!

Guys in the North, Southern Guys.? -

Do guys treat women better in the North, or down South? Please answer if you are a lady who has dated both.

Depends what you are attracted to. I m from the north, so I like my men to wear hoodies, tims, and have some scruff. When I lived in Alabama all the men wore pink collar polo shirts and had long blonde surfer hair and flip flops. All the girls there loved it but I thought it was hideous and would never date a man dressed like that...hahaBut I think guys in the south were a little more gentleman-ly since alot of the girls down there still like to play the southern bell court me crap.

Neither. It depends on the individual

Do you like rainy days? -

I live in a place without a lot of rain? It rains today. I like rainy days. Like someone says....it is nice to get a warm blanket sitting in front of a fire place and read a book. Do you like rainy days? Share your thoughts!

Not a big fan of rain, unless it comes in the form of thunderstorms. And I hate snow. Personally, I prefer warm dry sunny weather

i LOVE rainy days i live in the desert in Washington, i know weird and boring, and it is such a thrill to get rainy days! we had a thunderstorm last summer and my friends and i went out into the middle of bfe just to watch. it was so amazing to see the lightning strike all around us. We reported several fires that started and even watched lightning strike the main power building thing. the next day we found out that there were 14 fires started. it was awesome!! i love rainy days :)

I love rainy days! They are my favorite. I like to use my space heater, and read a book. I also like walking in the rain and smelling the weird rain smell. Haha. Its so fun. But I hate snowy days. Its too cold. And its snowing today:(

I enjoy cloudy days. Some rain is okay, as long as it isn t flooding rain. I hate hot weather and I m not that fond of the sun, especially in the summer.

To me, a born/bred native of Washington, it depends on the harshness of the falling of the rain.

i do like that, as well as the rain but not 4 ever, or every freaking day, god we need some worm weather

yes i like rain a lot better than snow that we get

I love rain 3

Housing in Chicago...? -

Hi, I am looking for a temporary living situation in downtown Chicago for possibly 3 months for an internship...does anyone know of any places that do such a thing?

There is hostel on Wabash and congress.

your best bet is to get a hostel in Chicago in the downtown area. It could cost you anywhere fro $14.00 per night in a dorm to $50 a night single room.Try this website www.hostels.com and you get great deals and then call the hostel and tell them you are staying for 3 months and they might even offer you a more cheaper price.

See if a student from Columbia or Roosevelt has an apartment they need to sublease for the spring semester. Otherwise, I would just go with the hostel.
