I live here and my arms, face, neck and legs are. I love the sun. Actually there is a stark difference between the legs and where the socks or shoes end and it is not tan. I love the sun. So many people here, avoid it.
You will find many people who avoid the sun. Being a 24/7 city they can do many things when the sun goes down. That is when many people come out to do things and avoid the sun. The sun shines here almost every day of the year and some people carry a tan year round if they want to. You don t have to work hard to get a tan here though. Many people have the one arm tan, the one that faces out the car window when they drive or ride in the car.
Nope. Nevada doesn t have any beach towns , if you will. In southern NV, you ve got Vegas. Many people know that Vegas is warm most of the year, so going by this you may assume that people are outside in the sun a lot- not true. As for NV s northern city, Reno, we have four season s here. Right now there is about a foot and a half of snow on the ground! So...none of us are outside getting tan. As for me, I am incredibly pale. And I know a lot of other Nevadans who aren t tan....
No. You have to spend lots of time in the sun to get a tan. People in Nevada don t live in open roofed homes where the sun shines on them all day. They have to actively pursue getting a tan just like everyone else.
People are smart who live in Vegas and know that tanny can cause skin cancer so they do not on the average layout and tan. I am one of the chalky people and proud of it.
no. my whole family is from nevada including me and none of us are tan. my family is preety tan too.
