To stay in the state you moved to or go back to philly and be with your family? -

If you moved to Florida or some other decent state, stay there. I have two kids in Florida and they love it. They sell tastykakes down there now. The Eagles are always on tv on a national game each week. If not go to the sports bar. If you are in the midwest or bible belt, then you may want to come back. Good Luck!

Man it depends on what state you moved to, and what your family is like. If you moved to say, Ohio, go back to Philly. Or if your family is a buch of assholes, stay where you are.

You can use www.transit.511.org to plan your trip.http://tripplanner.transit.511.org/mtc/X

It s about a 10-minute walk to the Colma BART station. Go south on Mission one block, bear right at E. Market/San Pablo Road. Take San Pablo about three blocks to Hill Street, turn left. Go one block to Teglia Blvd, turn right. BART will be on your right.

I am going to NYC december 12..Ideas? -

I wanted to know if anything interesting is going on from some locals:) there are four of us(2 couples)

Not a local but loved the ease of the red dbl decker tour buses. We learned things from the tours and got on and off all over Manhattan with ease to see things. Of course hit the Park and museums. Ask the drivers for food referrals. We found great eateries in China town from them. Go first thing in the morning to see the Empire state bldg-then go on to others or the line is crazy. See the Christmas lights at night-downtown/Times Square is a sight!

Need a clean cheap hotel in Lawrence kansas? -

I am about 10 miles from lawrence and we need a hotel for one night, I need something pretty cheap, like under $60. It dosen t need to be great just someplace cleanwhere we can sleep for the night.

I searched on this site and got the cheapest, check it out,it also had discount coupon codes for expedia, orbitz, travelocity, priceline, etc twon t be that hard to find, just check.http://freetravel4ever.blogspot.com

Hello! You should go on the site http://www.hotel.16euro.com, write the cityand the period in which you want to go there and press Search. Whendid the research put the hotel in order by price or distance from thecenter, or what have you ... If you have preferences on the left ofthe page are some additional options such as parking, pool, sauna, etc.I assure you that this is the best site I found and it is good.P.S.is less expensive than lastminute.com, expedia.com and venere.comGood search

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it s very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.

Hotwire rip me off - what action can I take? -

I make many reservation w/ Hotwire before, but this one beats all. The 3 start hotel I went to was not fit to stay at, small terrible, mildew mattress, woman s under clothes out in front of hotel rooms, in short looks like a drug prostitute place. Hotel lied to hotwire that I didnt show, hotwire refuse to refund me my money. I had to book else where out of pocket. What action can I take against hotwire and hotel (for lying)?

I afraid none. If hotel is in *** category and has amenities of ***, the cleanliness and appeal does not really count. They found hotel for your money, category and area, you the one who took the risk, so it is not their fault you did not like it. This is why I do not use their blind site. I would place this question in law category, maybe people can help you there. Did you take pictures of broken staff and dirty things, this could help to prove that hotel is simply does not comply with health dept. regulations and so not suppose to be advertised till problems fixed, but it is just theory, try law people.

write a letter to the better business bureau. and don t use hotwire anymore.**edit** to post this question in the law section you need to go to Politics Government and then choose law and ethics . and here is the mailing address to the BBB:The Council of Better Business Bureaus4200 Wilson Blvd, Suite 800 Arlington, VA 22203-1838

I am hoping you used your credit card on Hotwire - in which case, you can call them and let them fight it for you. If not, you can either take expensive legal action or just continue to harrass Hotwire.
