Can I buy a mac book at NY JFK Airport? -

No, but you can go to one of many Apple Stores in the city, including four in Manhattan. There are also electronics stores such as B H Photo and Video, a block away from Manhattan s Penn Station. Are you arriving in New York to stay for a while, or were you considering doing this during a layover?

No. Unless there is some big Apple/technology store there but I m almost positive there isn t. I would drive to NYC and go to one of the apple stores and buy one there~!

Which hotel casino resort on the Las Vegas strip do you think they should demolish? -

What do you think? Whats your opinion on this?

The casinos that were purchased with the intent of tearing them down were Imperial Palace and Bill s Gaming Hall. The corporation has now decided that IP is much more profitable doing minimal upgrades. Right now, since the companies would rather that the Frontier and Stardust were still intact there doesn t seem to be any obvious candidates.-----Four years ago an almost complete implosion of the north strip was being called for. That is the Frontier, Stardust, Circus Circus, and The Riviera. The Stardust would be kept inact but greatly expanded. Despite some impressive land deals, the entire region is in chaos. Carl Icahn will try and jumpstart the Fountainbleau project, but he might also seal off the building for years before he finishes it off.------With the City Center opening, and the purchase of Planet Hollywood by Harrah s, there is increasing focus on a cross strip along Harmon Avenue. The plan is to connect the two parts of Harmon Avenue over the railroad tracks so that the cross strip goes from The Palms to the Hard Rock casino.

Imperial Palace or Tropicana. Not going to happen for quite some time. It is the lower priced hotels that are doing better than the high priced fancy ones. With every new resort built pushes the other properties further down the list of classy properties. I remember when Excalibur was the best on the strip. Now it is an economy place stay.

I can see them demolishing wild bills, the flamingo, imperial palace and harrah s and putting up another mega resort. Granted this won t happen any time soon but I can see this evetually happening. I also wouldn t be surprise to see circus-circus and slots of fun fall to the way side.

the tropicana should stay there for a long time. i love that place.they should demolish T.I. just for changing it from treasure island.

None at this time due to the economy. It would just leave a hole in the Strip, an eyesore.

Flamingo

city center. just too big and there is no reason to go there.

What part of california should i move to? -

Ill have a 1400$ limit for rent. That s max. Ill have my degree, so ill be set to move out of the midwest. I d like a place with decent weather, and good places to skateboard.I hear santa barbara is nice. Id just like to hear opinions from you guys/girls

not northern because the ppl are annoying, anywhere southern. sb is good, but if you are annoyed by drunk kids at all hours of the night i wouldn t recommend it. orange county is pretty good as well, but not anywhere near riverside or stuff like that, more beachy areas, rent is high but $1400 is in your price range for a decent size apartment. san diego is good too, downtown by the beach, but they are a bit more pricey, i hear there is a lot of skating there. Addition...in orange county there is an outdoor mall called the block and that is where the Vans skatepark is. hope that helped :)

Any ideas on things to do in San Antonio, TX? -

Places to eat, something alittle different than checking out the mall or riverwalk.

Okay there is alot of stuff to do. The best restraunt is La Margarita on Market Square. Also, there is the Rainforest Cafe on the Riverwalk. SeaWorld is another thing, and even just walking around can be fun. There are horse and buggy rides that tour around, but it is better to do them at night, because it is more calming and quiet. Also, there is a Ripley s Believe it or Not building there. If you like history, than you will defiatley love it. The Alamo is where a huge part of Texas history took place.

San Antonio has a terrific zoo, and the Sunken Gardens are right next door. The San Antonio Botanical Gardens are beautiful. Check out Artisan s Alley for something a bit different in the shopping department. The San Antonio Museum of Art is well worth visiting. As for places to eat, check with www.tripadvisor.com for reviews of local restaurants by real people.Have a good trip!

Used books in good condition at a low price: Book Cellar store in the basement of the S.A Public Library downtown. Great international art in a beautiful setting: McNay Art Museum on New Braunfels Ave. Great place for a picnic lunch: Japanese Sunken Gardens in Brackenridge Park. Also in the park are some great new landscaped trails where normal people hike and bike. Other place to take a nice walk: around Woodlawn Lake. There are several Half Price Bookstores all over town where you can find some terrific reading at low cost.Good luck!

In addition to what Drew said, there is Dave and Busters entertainment center located next to Target right by Crossroads Mall at I-10 and loop 410. The place has a huge arcade with challenges for kids as well as adults. There is a resturant and a cafe, pool tables, darts, a dinner theater ....well, lots to do all under one roof.

THERE S MANY RESTAURANTS BY THE RIVER WALK... YOU SHOULD GO AND CHECK OUT ***** LAST RESORT. 406 NAVARRO SAN ANTONIO TEXAS 78205

Indoor rodeo is always cool at the mega bars like cowboys.

Would Rob Dyrdek be intrested in sponsoring a new indoor Sk8park located in the high desert in Hesperia Calif.? -

I am a very motivated business man and i live in Victorville, CA and i have been wanting to give the comminity youth some thing new and exciting for them to enjoy. Up in the high desert there is not much for any of the kids to do. I am projecting to lease a 78,000 sq ft industrial site and convert it to a learning center with a sk8park and other exciting things for kids to do. Im hoping that Rob would consiter the idea of having a great amount of interset and give some input to help the kids in a possitive way and sponsor my business plan. I am projecting to open this Sk8park / youth center early next year. Please e-mail or call me @ (213)216-2422 Alex Mercado

Really doubt that. Don t see him driving all the way to Hesperia to care about some skate park. His warehouse is in LA and everything he does is in LA. Bad location. Good job posting your personal info, I hope you enjoy 2am phone calls!

What, you think Rob has time to read this forum? As if!And the fact that you are trying to contact him through such a forum tells me (and him) that you have NO idea what you are doing. In addition to being a decent skater, Rob s a rather astute businessman. He knows how to market his image, and doesn t really have time to waste. He s not hard to find, you can contact him through his web site. But make sure you have your pitch and plans ready to go. He has a website (www.dyrdek.com), and you can contact him for business inquiries ONLY at info@jklworldwide.com.Good luck. You re going to need it.
