There was a loop-hole that travellers under the Visa Waiver Program could go to Canada or Mexico and come back next day to apply for a new 90 days stay. The loop-hole has been closed after 9/11 by changing the provisions that short trips to Canada, Mexico, or the adjacent islands of the Caribbean do not count as to have left the United States. This however does not apply to those leaving the country to Canada who hold a two valid visa under the youth mobility program. However it is your responsibility to ensure that your green departure record (I-94W) is turned in to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the end of your visit to the United States.? If you are departing by air, please turn the I-94W into the airline prior to departure.? If you are departing by sea, please turn the I-94W into the shipping line prior to departure.? If you are departing by land and you will not be returning to the United States within 30 days, please turn the I-94W into the Canadian authorities upon departure from the United States. In general, if you have been admitted to the United States under the visa waiver program if you take a short trip (30 days or less) to Canada or Mexico, you may retain your I-94W, so that when you resume your visit to the United States you are readmitted for the balance of the time remaining on your I-94W.You should stay in Canada for at least 3 months before applying admittance under the visa waiver program again; otherwise the Immigration Officer may assume your stay is for other purposes than tourist travel and that you try to be a de facto resident, and may deny your application. This would mean that you never can use the Visa Waiver Program again for lifetime and must apply for a visa which costs $156 for a five year validation.http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/id_vis ..https://help.cbp.gov/cgi-bin/customs.cfg ..

In US under Tourist Visa Waiver. Going to Canada on Work Visa. Can I return for new US tourist visa waiver? -
New years eve fireworks in las vegas nevada? -
the best place to go is to go to the bridge next to the Ballys Hotel Ceasars Palace. You are up higher and not in the crowd of crazy drunks below.
Depending on how close you want to be, Stratosphere has fireworks this year as well as several Strip casinos. And I believe Red Rock will have some again this year. To see them all I would go to Desert Breeze Park. I think Sunset Park is too low in the valley with too many objects in the way as well as street and park lights.
Since they will be shot from the top of the hotels this year Sunset Park would be a good place to see them. As long as you can see the strip you will be able to see the fireworks which is just about anywhere in the valley.
I say any distance you see every casino on the strip, but the fireworks don t go up so high in the sky so it might not be a smart idea to go to a far part of vegas to watch. Avoiding the strip is your best bet, crazy down there.
I would deff. say if you go up by red rock casino you can see all the valley the only one you cannot see is going to be the sante fe because of lone mountain is in the way but it s a great place...
How much is DC one day pass for rail ticket? -
A one day rail pass is $7.80 for a day that starts after 9:30AM. It expires at the end of that service day. Depending on how much you plan on using Metro Rail, that price may be rather steep. The fares are higher priced during rush hours. The fares are based on distance traveled. If you re in the Metro DC tourist area, the fares will generally be $1.35 non rush and $1.65 rush. If you are traveling greater distances, the fares will be higher. If spending a few days in the area, I would suggest buying card for say $10 or $20, then adding on if additional funds are needed. Here s a couple links:This one is for daily passes daily passes...http://www.wmata.com/fares/purchase/passThis one is for computing fares between station: http://www.wmata.com/rail/stations.cfm
If you buy a regular card, you then pay for each trip. The cost of the trip depends on the length of the trip and the time of day. Longer trips are more expensive, and traveling during rush hour is more expensive. If you will be taking a lot of trips, you can get an unlimited pass. One day is $7.80, but you can t use that before 9:30 am.For details, seehttp://www.wmata.com/fares/purchase/passProbably the easiest thing is to buy a card for 2 or 3 dollars, then add money as you need it. Ask the managers at the station if you have any questions about how to do that. They are used to helping visitors.
Phil Wickham youth convention 2009? -
You might want to put this under Music as this is for US travel.
Should I buy show tickets now or wait until Im in Vegas in March? -
You ll be able to buy tickets for many shows on short notice once you arrive in Las Vegas, but many major productions, headliner shows, and concerts can be sold out weeks and months in advance. Therefore, is advisable to plan ahead and book some of the shows you want to see ahead of time.
That depends on what you want to see. If its an on going show chances are it won t sell out so I would wait, but if you want to see a non on going show I would buy ASAP.
IF you wait you might not get the day and time of the show you want
Don t waste your money on the shows; they all suck now!
now. youuhh nevva noee wahtt cann happenn.
Disney Fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11? -
Theres lots to do at Disney, even beyond the theme parks. If your staying several days I recommend you get a multi-day park ticket so you can visit the various parks. Here are my recommendations including the theme parks and more: Epcot:My personal favorite. Must see attractions include Test Track, Mission Space, Soarin , Spaceship Earth, Honey I Shrunk The Audience, Seas with Nemo and Friends, and of course all the countries in the World Showcase. Also be sure to checkout Illuminations: Reflections of Earth the nighttime firework show, one of the best firework shows you will ever see! Epcot also has some of the best restaurants. (PS: This is also the only other park that serves alcohol)Magic Kingdom:The classic Disney park. Depending on whether or not you have young kids there is lots to do here, all the classics like Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, etc.. A must see if you want the complete Disney experience. Downtown Disney Area:You will be a boat-ride away from your resort (Old Key West) to Downtown Disney. This area is free to enter and is filled with shops, restaurants, and enterntainment including Cirque du Soleil La Nouba, DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park, AMB Theatres, and the House of Blues.Sports Recreation:Most of the resorts offer watercraft rentals, surrey bikes, and other activities, There are also golf courses including PGA coures, fishing excursions, fireworks cruises, and even parasailing at the Contemporary Resort. There are also two miniature golf courses on Disney propertyWater Parks:Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach of course.Unique Extras:If money is not an obstacle then you can do the special VIP tours that they offer at the various parks like the dolphin dive at Epcot and the Keys to the Kingdom at Magic KingdomSee the website for more: http://www.disneyworld.comHave Fun!
